I walked into this location today (first time at this one) two young ladies were standing and had the most unwelcoming looks on their faces. I proceeded to say “Hello” and was totally ignored. A few min went by with me and my fiancé just standing there. One of them said “Yeah!” Very rudely. Instead of being rude back I simply told them to have a great day and went right down the street to Lenny’s.

Whoever manages this location needs to see about these two young lady attitudes. Bad service. I will not be going back.

Subway located on Winchester (6740 Winchester Rd) to be exact has very rude employees. The atmosphere gives major bad energy. Does not greet anyone when entering the establishment. 3rd time I’ve been and every time it was very unpleasant and unwelcoming

You don’t feel welcome at all when you go to the store. Like you don’t matter, and even your food will likely not give me probably unless you watch closely. I have had maybe one good experience out of five. Not to mention the hours on the store and online are not accurate. I have gone there multiple times at 8 PM to be waved off without even saying anything. They are closed and not accepting customers. They will not open the door to explain why they just give you a weird hand, sign, and gestured pushing you away despite the hours showing something completely different. 9:30pm as the closing time.

If they are going to be like this at the very least, they need to update the hours online and on their door because this is for lack of better words some bullshit. Pisses me off every time because there is no reason constantly closing almost 2 hours before the actual listing closing time and have an updated it for at least a few months now and probably Longer Than that.

Stopped in there yesterday on my way to work and ordered the Teriyaki on wheat and the Indian lady was Rude n tried to give me what she wanted No that’s not what I ordered she tried to dispute me after she noticed I was right she took the meat off the wheat bread n put the chicken on there. Now I didn’t notice bout the bread till I made it to work it was soooooo hard I couldn’t eat it I had to throw it away. So today I called up there n asked for A manager the lady said I am the manager ok what’s your name mam Why what’s up ? No that’s very bad customer service. I told her what happened yesterday she knew who I was talking bout she said call me back in 10 minutes let me call the owner. If I could give this place all zeros I would. Very Bad Customer Service

This place need to be shut down im calling the health department soil meats and vegetables ? that they have in this establishment they so call fresh food very rude attitude women always on her phones don’t restock the product

Employees are very rude.. I order a Monster sub and upgraded it. When I fixed my drink I noticed black particles in the ice. I let the employee know and she shrug her shoulders as if she didn't care. Got more ice and still see black particles that look like dirt in the ice. I reminded her that i upgraded my meal and she then frowns at me and says "just get a bottle drink". I just grab a bottle to avoid confrontation. They didn't seem care about what was in the ice which makes me think they don't care about cleanliness and the food they are selling. I'm done with Subway all together, just rude and nasty!!

Food was delicious, service was great, not crowded at all, this is the area my Dearly Departed Tina and I worked quite some time ago.

Vegetarian options: With the Veggie Sub & all the Vegetables in general. Get what you want, you really don't have to put meat between the bread.

Parking: Winchester Rd and Ross Rd Mini Mall with parking spaces available, lot's of businesses are no longer open so plenty of spaces to park.
