Sandwich was not complete. In other words, sandwich was missing condiments and ingredients that was listed on the receipt. I ordered on the Subway App at this exact location. Served by the same person. This has happened 3 times so far.

Do not Eat here? Unless you dont care about your yourself.
The counter tops are covered in dirty wter and chemicals you can taste it order a wrap and youll will taste the chemicals.
I asked for a refund they told ne to show up at 11am next day for a refund from manager the manager told me to wait 30 minutes for her to get there to test the sandwich. Im on my break and had to leave the nasty as s manager and associate told me to hold onto sandwich until monday. I walked out left sandwich on counter. I showed up monday and doors locked and now new signs on front door.

This place is disgusting eat here at your own risk.

some Indian lady working there was just rude to us. She was doing all that for no reason ,there was only one employee how you going to be mad for doing your job?🤦🏽‍♂️ she was barely putting out all the vegetables when we got there around 5pm.

So I was here at 10:15AM on Sunday. so they weren't open very long. The lettuce was EXTREMELY BROWN and very low. Meaning she must've been using lettuce from yesterday. I asked her if she could get me fresh lettuce and she said that's all the lettuce they have in the store. Was also quite rude about it. Will not be returning.

I’ve been a long-time Subway customer, but my recent experience at this location was truly unacceptable on every level.

I placed an online order for four sandwiches — simple, clear instructions. I paid in advance, expecting a quick and accurate pickup. After picking up and taking the sandwiches home, not a single one was prepared correctly. Missing ingredients, skimpy topping and overall sloppy preparation. It was obvious that no care was taken to follow the order details, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

The customer service made things even worse. The staff were rude and completely uninterested in helping. No apology for the messed-up order and I was met with aggression when I requested for them to remake the sandwiches or give me a refund. I was then told by the staff member that she had to call the owner to see what could be done. After they had a conversation I was told they would not do either. It felt like I was a bother just for requesting what I paid for.

When I asked to speak with the owner to resolve the issue, things went from bad to worse. Instead of listening or offering to fix the problem, she over talked me, raised her voice and told me she’s “tired of people like me coming into her store trying to get free food.” That statement was not only insulting and unprofessional, but completely ridiculous considering I had already paid for the food online. I wasn’t asking for anything free — just for what I ordered and paid for.

Beyond the appalling customer service, the store itself was unsanitary. Ingredients were left uncovered on the prep table. Worse yet, there were gnats flying around the restaurant, including near the sandwich station — an obvious health and cleanliness issue.

This location reflects none of the standards that Subway is supposed to represent. I walked away with a bad meal, a worse experience, and the feeling that customers here are not respected or valued.

Until serious changes are made — including better staff training, improved hygiene, and more respectful leadership — I strongly recommend avoiding this store.

Overall, this experience was far below the standard I expect from Subway. Between the incorrect order, poor service, uncovered food, and visible cleanliness issues, I won’t be returning to this location. I corporate steps in and addresses these serious problems before more customers are let down like this. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ordered online and she told me that I was at the wrong store because the order said 7040 for its address but the address was to her store is 7044 . As I was going back to the car, I double checked, came back in and one of the workers was sitting down looking at me didn’t wanna let me in the door kept shaking her head looking at me with a staled face as im knocking on the door so I had to wait one minute finally I was let in by another employee. Makes me want to stay inside and make my own sandwich. They play in your face and want to get you mad. I know i'm not the only one that ordered a mobile order and the address was a different address. She said that never happened i highly doubt it. Also didn't have what i ordered once she found my order finally after 2 minutes. Sandwich was not that good also.

I walked into this location today (first time at this one) two young ladies were standing and had the most unwelcoming looks on their faces. I proceeded to say “Hello” and was totally ignored. A few min went by with me and my fiancé just standing there. One of them said “Yeah!” Very rudely. Instead of being rude back I simply told them to have a great day and went right down the street to Lenny’s.

Whoever manages this location needs to see about these two young lady attitudes. Bad service. I will not be going back.

Subway located on Winchester (6740 Winchester Rd) to be exact has very rude employees. The atmosphere gives major bad energy. Does not greet anyone when entering the establishment. 3rd time I’ve been and every time it was very unpleasant and unwelcoming
