The employees were clean, polite, patient and very courteous. They made my sandwiches with love; it was very satisfying and scrumptious. The restaurant was also clean, very cozy, and comfortable with a big screen television and plush seating. It was a delightful luncheon experience.

If Subway is looking for a model employee to train its employees by, Ash, the manager on duty New Year’s Eve 2025 at Subway in the St. Francis Hospital in Memphis is the guy. Not only was he friendly, he was kind and professional from the moment he answered the phone, and he went out of his way to come up with a solution to a request I had and never made me feel like I was imposing. One rarely finds that kind of behavior or service out of a person, any age, working at night on a holiday. I was prepared to give him a substantial tip and he told me instead of a tip, please go on google and leave a review. What? Instead of money, a review? I’m speechless and that’s saying something! Ash, thank you for your kindness, thank you for going out of your way, thank you for your professionalism and thank you for the care you project over the phone. I’m sure the folks that meet you in that hospital notice it too. You, young man, are a superstar!
