Ash & Azi were friendly and greeted each customer welcomingly. The sandwiches look like they do in the pics. I have to say that because you go so many other places and the food looks nothing like what you ordered.I was so ready to eat mine I forgot to take a pic of it. The prep and eating areas were pristine and very organized. The drink area was clean and well stocked. They even managed to say some encouraging words to me while my sister was in the hospital that this SRK fan appreciated. "Ang Laga De Ram leela"

Grab the bite to eat yesterday. The place was so clean I had to ask was it open? I was met with friendly customer service and the food was fresh and they had more variety.

They gave me a very hard old stale pretzel. I called and explained that I am a patient and can't return to night and they said they could not do anything unless I return it ASAP. I am in the hospital upstairs in a room and my family is gone. I said I would return it the next day but was told today only. That is poor customer service because they knew it was stale in the 1st place

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! August 17th around 11am when I walked in I saw the young lady with the classes. I stood there a few minutes because she had her back turned to the counter talking. She turned around and I saw that she had her AirPods in and was on the phone. At no time did she end the call. I’m trying to tell her what I wanted on my sub & I could hear the other person talking, not the conversation as it wasn’t English. That’s how loud she had the volume up in those headphones!! The employee literally said huh to every topping I asked for, which made me have to talk louder and louder. No reason I should have to yell and repeat myself for everything and it’s just 1 staff & 1 employee in there. Where is the common sense or professionalism?

I left the subway on Kirby and tired this subway out because it says 4 stars. Nevertheless these people must be managed the other subways in this area of East Memphis. These people was so rude to the customers in front me in line. To the guy who was making the sandwiches if you are the owner/ manager of the store you need customer service management skills. If y’all do not accept coupons. Please put the proper paperwork up in your store so customers know before making their sandwich in wasting their time and your time in money. I do not recommend the subway in Saint Francis hospital or this area of East Memphis because all of the have to be managed by the same people. I will happily take my little money to Mike subs.

I was just rudely disrespected at the subway in the Saint Frances hospital. The workers there gave me a bad bag to hold my sandwich and cookies and when they fell on the floor, the worker who bagged the food decided to argue with me about it saying that I held the bag wrong. The bag was clearly busted. She told me to get out of line because the line was getting long. When there were not that many people in line, I told her that I wanted a refund on the food and on the unnecessary tip she added and she said no and tried to make me take the food that fell on the floor. There were other people around that saw this incident. The other women that saw this told the worker "she needs a new sandwich and cookies that one fell on the floor". When i went to the side like she asked, she left from the register acting as though nothing happened. When I asked for her to get a manager she continued to with an attitude,snatched my receipt and completely lied to the manager about what had happened. The manager came over to figure out what was the problem. She and her coworker tried to keep my money. I was asked not to put this on facebook. The manager told me "I can only refund you for the sandwich and cookies." He made her refund me and she still had an attitude! They kept my tip which I didn't authorize! About 10 customers saw this disrespect!

Workers got snippy when we had to get more money out the car to pay tried to tell us a sob story of how if we don't pay they won't eat and have to pay for it after we paid in full one of the sandwiches wasn't even made right never going to this subway again ????

Not the most comfortable atmosphere, the bathroom is out of order and the attendants not sure if they understand what you’re asking for. But food was fresh and delicious. The 6 inch conld cut cost 8.00 from 5 . So there are no affordable options on menu anymore
