I’ve been to this Subway location multiple times because it’s convenient and right next to my apartment, but unfortunately they have consistently gotten my order wrong.

I order the Elite Bacon Chicken Ranch, and on at least four separate visits, they’ve made it with the regular chicken instead of rotisserie chicken and skipped the double cheese entirely. When I pointed this out tonight, the employee asked if I just wanted to add rotisserie chicken on top—then immediately said that was the only option they could offer.

I work in customer service, and I firmly believe that when you treat customers right and correct mistakes properly, they’ll continue coming back. That hasn’t been the case here.

If you’re going to Subway, I highly recommend the location at 577 North Germantown Parkway instead. The guy who works there is extremely nice, clearly cares about his customers, and runs a much better operation. Put your money there and save yourself the frustration of the Timber Creek location.

I still like subway. I like the fresh veggies. not all subways will accept the coupons and they should.They should have sides to go along with the sandwich besides chips.

0/10 stars. Do not recommend. My first time coming into this subway I was racially profiled. I asked a question about coupons, and Paul rolled his eyes and said to me “I already told you we don’t do coupons.” I was shocked, and told him that was my first time in the store. He said, “No I’ve seen you before. You have the same hair and you come in here every time asking about coupons. I said no coupons.” Paul was very rude to me upon my first time visiting. The second time I visited, Paul was there and he glared at me while I was thinking of my order. I do not recommend this location and would like action to be taken for this employee! There needs to be a training on customer service, I had a terrible experience.

No such thing as a smile - even with a tip. It’s like, “we are angry that we own this business and really don’t like your coming in to spend money”. I notice fountain drink machine is out of order and they don’t bother with teas or the other drinks. Ironically these items are generally the highest markup in a restaurant - and no fountain = fewer combos.

One sandwich on white one on wheat! I get 2 wheat sandwiches. I call and get told one is white and one is wheat. I try and try and try to get the poir Indian fellow to understand that what the ticket says and what they made is 2 different thing's. Keep the 25 bucks, it's been a year since I've been to subway and I'm not going back again now. If you can't read or write English yiyre just stealing from people because they aren't getting what they paid for

If you’re looking for an HORRIBLE food experience go here! Unsanitary place , very trashy , smells bad! Not clean meat frozen! Vegetables looks old! Employees not using proper PPE while prepping food or even cleaning! Employees doesn’t have a care in the world for this establishment! Nor does they greet you when entering!!! This place needs to be CLOSED & be reopened by new management & new employees , people that’s going to give this place a CHANGE! Therefore this place will always get BAD reviews, complaints & so on!
