I tried to use a coupon that I'd gotten in the mail since times are really tough and the guy had a sign up stating that they did not accept coupons right now . Problem is they never will. I said goodbye and will never set foot in there again. The worker was very rude and didn't seen to care. Hopefully they have to close this place or clean it up and get new owners. I have also been there a few times before and they closed early.

Stopped by out of "severe" hunger despite dramatically low Yelp score. The store looks recently remodeled and was quite clean. I paid attention to cleanliness behind the line and didn't see any red flags. While the lady was waiting for me to decide which sandwich she walked near the register and I THOUGHT manipulated something in a change machine. She then asked afresh for my order to which I replied 'a club'. As her hands moved toward the food area I asked if she had just touched money but didn't change gloves. She apologetically said, " no, I fixed the napkins but I'll change gloves. Was this a fumble? No - Her immediate response showed she understood the concern and responded instead of a more common Memphis response of " I don't see the big deal but fine...". The sandwich was fine, properly dressed received more napkins than the usual 1.1 napkin per sandwich standard.Honestly - the only thing I noticed that some will have problems with is the definite communication gap. The two folks were striving to be friendly - but they were obviously 1st generation in America and we are called to be (and in the process of communicating) gracious.

If you have coupons stay away from this establishment they will not honor them. If you want bland, stoic and unconcerned service then this is the spot for you.
If I could give this subway 0 stars I absolutely would.I walked in and no customers were in, I needed to to order 2 items, but only got one because the staff was so rude, and kept rolling their eyes at me.I had to keep repeating my order to them and then one guy yelled at me asking if I want a 6' or a foot long after I had said I wanted a foot long twice.The rotisserie chicken was absolutely gross. I asked for Spinach and I only got 4 leaves of Spinach, normally I get tomatoes but the tomatoes they had looked as if they had been sitting out for hours and stepped on.The service was absolutely awful do not go here.

This is the worst store! If you updated your hours to 9 or 9:30 as posted on the door, why is the location always closed at 8? The Chinese business next door gets more customers and has better service, and ALWAYS OPENED as right closing time!

Location doesn't close till 9 PM, I ordered foot at 8:20 and picked it up at 8:45 exactly like my order recipe said. The worker had the audacity to already have the door locked when I showed up at 8:45 and when he handed me my food he told me I need to order and arrive earlier next time.Luckily there won't be a next time, why would I return to a store that made sure to make me feel unwelcome during opened hours?
