Update: I went in on a Sunday November 30, 2025 with my friend to see if they was doing any better with the cleanliness and of course whoever the Asian lady with the messed up skin was coughing and scratching her face. She cough and did not wash her hands...just put on some gloves. She was making the lady behind me sandwich so I didn't say anything but then she took her gloves off and scratched her face and touch the outer rim of the sandwich which is also disgusting, they need to retrain her before they loose all of their customers. She got the bag and touched the outer rim of the wrapping paper of the sandwich....WHICH IS STILL CROSS CONTAMINATION, Absolutely disgusting

This place needs to work on cleanliness, lettuce in the olives, tomatoes in jalapeno peppers, onions in the lettuce. Some people are allergic to certain ingredients and when you have small drippings in the wrong ingredients it could cause someone to become sick🤢 Please keep the sandwich station neat and clean and do not let other ingredients wonder in to the wrong serving bowl. Customers should not have to be worried about onions on the peppers or lettuce or olives in the cheese bowl... utterly disgusting 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮Do better 🤢 Then they be standing around...they could be cleaning out those nasty ingredients bowl and making sure no cross contamination are happening when different ingredients wonders in when they are not busy🙄

Went to get my usual! Employee was attempting to use chopped end pieces that looked spoiled to make my spicy Italian footlong. She was extremely argumentative and unfriendly. The order of them putting condiments on was changed to before veggies. I didn't want that. After getting frustrated, I just left. I frequent this location often. I have never experienced not one problem. I might not be returning for quite awhile because the experience was just unacceptable. They were down to the last few tomatoes. When I asked for fresh, the employee said there wasn't anything wrong with them. I was looking at the food which was horrible.

On Wednesday evening, my husband, two children, and I visited this location. There was a long line, and we patiently waited our turn. When it was finally time to order, I had only handed the clerk bread for my sandwich (not yet my husband’s) when my toddler suddenly became very ill and vomited on my husband. Because of this, we had to leave immediately to get cleaned up.

Afterwards, I decided to return and place the order on my own. While another employee was kindly assisting me, a staff member named Amy came from the back and, in a very loud and unprofessional tone, said: “I hope you stay this time since you walked out and made me waste food on a sandwich you didn’t get.”

This comment was completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. What she failed to recognize is that we left due to an emergency with our child. Everyone is going through something, and it’s important not to judge customers unfairly. One unfinished sandwich should not be worth treating someone poorly.

To be fair, every other employee on the shift was pleasant and professional, which makes Amy’s behavior stand out even more. I truly hope management addresses this so no other family has to experience the same treatment.

I was told that my order was ready but when my dad got there, it wasn't even made yet. Also my sandwich was very sloppy. I had mayonnaise and mustard oozing all off the sandwich. There were almost no veggies ok on there. The worker was rude to my dad. I will not be getting anything else from there .

This place which is owned by a foreigner does not accept any coupon. The staff has a nasty attitude. A lot of cars on the parking lot but none are in Subway, they are in D'Bos!

VERY RUDE!!!!ATTITUDE WITH THE LADY LAST NIGHT SUCKED.NO APPRECIATION wouldn't do the way wanted order throwing sandwiches around wouldn't let us order online to pay with gift card cost us more money. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!ALSO doesn't take coupon threw it back at me. Lost customer here

I placed an order on Uber today and ordered a salad. I paid extra for double meat and wanted cheese on my salad. It was made incorrect and the portions were very poor. I didn’t even get my 1st portion of meat. The salad was 1/2 full and pitiful.

Parking: about 10 spaces but they were mostly empty when we came.
