I ordered a chicken bacon ranch which is as displayed as 7.99 on the screen. I got the 6inch. She rung me up for a honey mustard bbq wrap which was 12.99. When I said something about it all the employees tried to convince me it was the same thing. And my food was made sloppy. Terrible service.

9/29 7:30 pm, staying across the street and haven’t had Subway in a while so ordered a footlong via app. Jumped in the car and got there at 7:35 and the order was ready! The 2 ladies there were very nice and friendly. Best Subway sandwich experience I have had in a very long time. Thank you, you amazing Subway ladies!!

I went to this subway to get a sandwich during week day morning ordering there was two older ladies that was up front and there service was the worst I ever seen there attitude was very unprofessional they complained bout the way I wanted my sandwich and was very rude and I'm from Cali where customer service is most important because if the customer is treated badly then it not good for business customer is always right by standards I'll never eat at this establishment ever again in life those two older ladies need not work with the public it's not good for business there service and attitudes needs correcting.

Came here for breakfast but I had to pee. Asked for the door code, the lady said you have to buy something to use the restroom. I asked did I have to buy something before I use the restroom, she said yes. Expecting paying customers to hold their pee to first give you their full customized order before going to the restroom is nuts. We’ll just go spend the money elsewhere.

Extremely unfriendly staff. Looked annoyed to have to serve customers. Drive thru was blocked and the door was locked, and the chairs were on the table infront of the window so it looked closed but sign said open. Got let in by someone leaving and asked if they were open as it was 5pm and said open until 8pm. Food was...meh. they asked if i wanted it toasted but then didnt toast either sub. All 3 employees i seen had scowls in their faces the entire time. I wish I had read the reviews before I came as I see going back AT LEAST 7 YEARS they have many 1-star reviews. Several 5-star reviews have comments about how bad it was too.

Very rude Indian lady, would not let me use washroom after I spend my money in restaurant. Told me to go somewhere else. She also told another man same thing after he spent his money as well. Will not return. Spend your money somewhere else where they respect you, and your business.
The owners are lovely people, and workers are great as well.

RUDE RUDE SOOO RUDE, the lady behind the food line bit my head off telling me they never had Wraps after I just got one yesterday. Being miserable and unhappy is not our fault as customers. I clearly know the difference between flatbread and a wrap. She proceeded to become a bully talking about it to the rest of the staff. We come from out of state and on both days had very large orders giving good business and our experience was absolutely horrible.
