Extremely unfriendly staff. Looked annoyed to have to serve customers. Drive thru was blocked and the door was locked, and the chairs were on the table infront of the window so it looked closed but sign said open. Got let in by someone leaving and asked if they were open as it was 5pm and said open until 8pm. Food was...meh. they asked if i wanted it toasted but then didnt toast either sub. All 3 employees i seen had scowls in their faces the entire time. I wish I had read the reviews before I came as I see going back AT LEAST 7 YEARS they have many 1-star reviews. Several 5-star reviews have comments about how bad it was too.

Very rude Indian lady, would not let me use washroom after I spend my money in restaurant. Told me to go somewhere else. She also told another man same thing after he spent his money as well. Will not return. Spend your money somewhere else where they respect you, and your business.

RUDE RUDE SOOO RUDE, the lady behind the food line bit my head off telling me they never had Wraps after I just got one yesterday. Being miserable and unhappy is not our fault as customers. I clearly know the difference between flatbread and a wrap. She proceeded to become a bully talking about it to the rest of the staff. We come from out of state and on both days had very large orders giving good business and our experience was absolutely horrible.

The young lady that put the dressing on it she be rude.
This location is the worst I have ever been to. They are rude, petty, and they don't care if they get your order right or not. They said they don't have water.. clearly there was a water dispenser on the fountain drink dispenser.. she then told us it would be $2 for a water. The veggies had been sitting out and looked old, the bread was hard .. save yourself the incredibly frustrating experience and go to literally any other location in Memphis/N Mississippi. I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received at this location

The older women there need a lesson in customer service! Very poor attitudes, they stare at you like you're crazy when you're ordering your sandwich, and she didn't ask me, she automatically toasted my sandwich which I didn't want. They rush you even though YOU'RE the one paying THEM. This is not my first time there and every time I've gone there they've had ugly attitude, so I think I'm done with this Subway.

I will never go here again. My wheat bread had several spots of mold on it. I took it back and was very polite and courteous. The cashier didn’t offer an apology, didn’t ask could they remake it, or anything to amend the situation. As a result, I will never go back.
