I was picking up an order and the asked the staff member politely to hold the bag closer as I needed to get a close up picture of the receipt. She got rude with me and told me to just take the picture. I explained several times that I needed the receipt to be closer to get a pic so the customer's name could show. She continued to go back and forth with me over something that was so simple. The exchange we had never had to happen as I was making a logical and easy request. That employee was lazy. After she finally obliged, she tossed the food at me like I was scum of the earth because I had asked for her to simply hold the food closer. Just rude!

Food was great 👍🏽. I always get the Veggie Delite🥙 when I go to any subway majority of the time because it is so healthy. Staff was Super friendly. I would go here again if I am in the area. Area kind of run down but city 🏙️ is cleaning 🧼 area up bit by bit!

First Subway that I've visited where you couldn't see the meat selection. If I was getting the sandwich for myself, I would have left without making a purchase. I'm just wondering why the meat was covered up. 🤔

I asked to cut in 3 they didn’t and i ordered a combo the Fri k wasn’t a bottle so I didn’t get the fountain drink but sandwich was good
All I needed was a gift card the lady at the register says she cannot find it on her register how to do a gift card stated she has not done a gift card in years. She said she was gonna call her manager. Her manager did not answer the phone. I asked her is there another way that you can call another store to see if they can help you she stated they probably won’t answer the phone. She did not put any effort in trying to help me I felt like the service was bad she was already in a bad move from the previous guests that were standing in front of me doing an order. Customer service should always be 100% no matter what you’re going through or how your day has been customer service again is number one I will never ever stop by the store again.

I’m so tired of this subway . Every time I go in there it’s always extremely hot ! They have this thick glass up that makes it hard for them to hear what you’re saying and now today, it’s 9:40 and they still aren’t open even though google say they’re supposed to open at 9 .
