Never order online at the Subway on Covington Pike they are not going to get your order right and they’re going to look or tell you they looked on the camera and they fixed your order right but you’re looking at your food that’s not right like you’re stupid foreigners come over to our country get rich and try to make a fool out of us if you’re going to have a business Acknowledge the customers when they are right. Take a class on customer service. You just lost a customer.

If I can give zero stars I would! Because I ordered the promo they refused to put the right amount of meat on it and they refused to fix it! Then they said take your sandwiches and don’t come back I told them no I don’t want these sandwiches so either fix it, then they went as far as trying to claim that I took meat out of the sandwich which is insane to me that they said that to me and they refused to fix it and they also refused to offer a refund my money. So I left the sandwiches at the store and left! Cooprate needs to do something about these kinds of stores!

I placed the order service was horrible. I never received my order and when I called I was basically told it was nothing they could do. The lady was very rude would barely let me speak only worried about placing blame. Never tried to resolve the issue and would not give me a manger or access to anyone that could help.
