I was so hungry getting off work so I ordered on the subway app. Got home and toasted bread was beyond hard. Even the untoasted bread was hard. Bread wasn't fresh. No wonder why this subway is never busy. I tore up the sides and the roof of my mouth trying to eat my sandwich and so did my family. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!

Not nice.. the sandwich have a little ingredients .. almost like eating a bread instead the meat and vegetables.. very disappointed.. need a better service..

Very unwelcoming. The lady in cash register was nice but the the one preparing the food had an attitude. Very skimpy with the vegetables and she was slapping the food down on my sandwich. I got 5 spinach leaves on my 6 inch smh..Food overpriced as well.. no napkins given I will not be returning. Will rather drive further to a competitor for lunch.. disappointed

This place does not honor the Subway coupons. Pretty disappointing to get coupons in the mail that you cannot use at the closest store. Pretty disappointing that any Subway store can choose not to honor the coupon and not fully disclose upon entry and before we choose the location to go to if they accept them. Bad business.

The sandwich was delicious!
However, when I got up to the counter, I asked if my mom and I could split a BYO foot-long instead of getting two 6 inches. I've done this before at other locations and it's always worked out fine. The woman said we could and we made our sandwich. (It was a little hard to tell her what I wanted because the glass on the customer's side was covered up.)
When I got to the register, we paid and I got my receipt. I found out that the cashier had charged me for two 6" instead of one foot-long. It wasn't that big of a deal but it was frustrating because the woman at the bar told me I could split a foot-long, and when I got to the register, she disappeared and didn't tell the cashier what was going on.

Half of the order was prepared completely wrong with items, including staples of the sandwich, completely missing. I was unable to return to correct the order, and when I tried contacting the location via phone, the line sounded off the hook each and every time. This used to be a reliable location, but it seems that perhaps that is a thing of the past.

The woman infront of me left before she got her food, and the employees TOOK THE CHICKEN OFF THE SANWICB AND PUT IT BACK (it was covered in sauce and the girl working with her put it in the back). The pickles looked pale and dry, the cucumbers has stuff on them and were clearly picked off a sandwich and put back into the containers, the olive were dry, the banana peppers were dry, there were black spots on the bacon. The employee was rude, and their hair wasn't put back right and was dangling practically freely. And as if all that wasn't enough there were knats flying around by the containers. Didn't bother letting them finish making mh sandwich and just left, don't go here they're gonna get someone sick.

The food is always fresh, the workers are always polite. They always move swiftly to get the clients in & out in a timely manner. This is my go to spot when I donβt feel like cooking. Hopefully one day theyβll bring back the spicy mustard.
