This is the worse location in Memphis. The Nachos the lady didn’t want to put any topping on it because she said it was needed for the subway sandwiches. Normally at most locations it’s pre-portioned, but this one it is not. She stated she’s not doing the regular amount and don’t care what the other locations do. Do NOT go to this location.

I came into this location and ordered food and order 3 oatmeal cookies heated I was giving the wrong cookies I took them back in after I noticed soon as I got in the car The server put the cookies back into the bin with the rest of the cookies and I suggest she throw those away She looked at me and smiled! 🤦🏽♀️🤢 GROSS I BEGGED HER TO THROW THE COOKIES AWAY I TOUCHED THE PRODUCT.

Ordered a Philly, meat was rancid. Disgusting slimy, and hard bread with a burnt churro. I took one bite out of the sandwich. I called to tell him I was returning it for a refund. He said no only can make me a new sandwich. I refuse to eat anything from this store ever again. Why would I want another Disgusting meal. I've still got the sandwich and I'm reporting to everyone until you refund my money!!

If I could give them no stars I would ! Most disgusting and disappointing subway there is. They didn’t put cheese on my sandwich , they barely toasted it the meat was cold and tasted bad . The chips were out of date. They said they don’t take coupons nor do they have cups for just water . Very rude and disrespectful . I most definitely will be calling corporate !

This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to I went into the store today purchase a combo and the bread was old I specifically told the cashier the bread was old I ask for a refund he stated that the bread was fresh but it clearly was not. Long story short he did not know how to refund me my money back so he offer to make another sandwich get another sandwich guess what it's worse than the first one Bread hard to chew and no it was not toasted. This place has fallen apart I will never come back if I could give zero stars I would.

Truly an awful experience every time I’m there. This is one of the most money hungry franchises in the city. and then when you catch them trying to overcharge or not accept the app they lie. I’d boycott. There’s a much cleaner one with better staff just up the street.
