Two young ladies working behind the food bar looked at us. One had earbuds in her ear and the other said to the lady waiting you have to order down there. All of the customers where waiting but none of the employees addressed the customers. I guess she was to busy listening to her earbuds. This is customer service at its lowest. The older man was sitting on a stool in the back watching. He evenually stood to help. I assume they are all family .

I received coupons in the mail for Subway. I went to this location on Shelby Drive and Riverdale at the Kroger shopping complex. They don't take coupons. Individual franchise stores should honor the company coupons! Subway should ensure franchise owners participate fully in their promotional campaigns. I left without making a purchase. We drove another 10 minutes and picked up some Wendy's $5 Biggie Bags. Honor your national franchise coupons!

This subway is trash- pulled up 25 mins before closing as Im getting out of my car they turn their lights off and lock the door. Sign says they close at 10 pm but at 935 pm if you pull up they will turn off the lights.

I dont understand if this is not what you enjoy doing why come to a job and not want to do the work. The service sucks and when did it start to you all not cutting up the veggies in a salad. then how can you be out of product i was on lunch break and this whole experience was messed up . If you do not like your job please find another job not hard to do. And its no place to call and complain to because they are all franchised and the owners do not care when you complain on the lazy workers didn't want to leave a star .

The ladies looked bothered that we came in a d kinda looked at us a bit before asking for our order. Bread was old a d chewy but my sandwich was otherwise yummy.

The lady was rude, restrooms closed.I ask for hand sanitizer and nothing.Always the same here.I went to other subway, where they treat you like a family.

This place workers are lazy they closed 45+ before closing also had bad experience with my sandwich earlier being sloppy so I came back too see what it be made the same way but the door are locked before closing time

Sandwich was so wet with dressing and weighed down with black olives and lettuce. The bread was so wet had to take it off. Did not enjoy a wet sandwich. WHO WOULD.

PLEASE DON'T EAT HERE!!! If you don't like to eat roaches, don't dine here. My kids ordered "fresh" made subs from Subway and brought them home. My child opened their veggie delight on a flat bread, and thought the roach was a flax seed in the bread...until it started moving. It was a baby roach (check the picture). I almost threw up, I AM still disgusted.We drove back to Subway, and I gave the WHOLE sandwich, receipt and dead baby roach in a plastic baggie back to the Subway manager. I explained the situation to the manager and she gave me back $6 and some change. I asked her if this was for both sandwiches. She said she needed the other sandwich back before she gave a full refund. ?You can imagine the shock on my face. I said, "do you understand what I'm saying, there was a ROACH in a sandwich yall made." Needless to say, she didn't refund my sons sandwich. Not only did I not get a full refund, one of the employees was laughing after I explained that there was a roach in my daughter's sandwich. I've never experienced customer service that is both calm AND bad, just a straight nonchalant attitude. I haven't eaten Subway in 3 years, but I know of 2 kids that were once faithful Subway goers, wont ever step a foot in another Subway facility again. Just plain NASTY!
