This has got to be one of the best Subways I've ever dined in, even the bread was good. Along with a sweet pair of Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies. The artists really did their thing here and provided some excellent service. The #33 was right on point and was way above the average sub.

One person was doing all the work. Taking and fixing the orders for about 20 minutes. Second person came out when it was my time to order. Tuna was good as usual just a little runny.

People are great. Service is great. I have no complaints about any of that. My complaint lies with the fact that if you give a tip on your card at the machine no matter if management made my sandwich or not. Management still gets the tip. I just left and i can tell you management wasn't even there. I left a tip thinking this lovely lady who deserved it would be the one to receive it. Nope! I was floored because i had no cash but wanted to give them something and now they aren't even going to see it!

I asked the woman who was helping me to please get off the phone twice while she helps me.Instead of asking a third time, I just left.Out of courtesy I put my phone in my pocket when I am giving an order.Why can't this woman do the same while taking my order? Common courtesy right?Don't bother coming to this location. There are others nearby.

Since the change of ownership/management, this location no longer participates in the rewards and deals subway offers. Boo. I will no longer eat here.

Honestly, I don't like the fact that the getwell road location stopped accepting the coupons. It's not fair because all other locations do. Also this is the only location in the 38111 area and I feel they are taking advantage of the customers.

Chick on a Sport Bike

Stopped here for lunch after a delivery at a nearby store because they had parking on the side so I could park my tractor trailer. Went in and ordered a sub and even though there were a couple people ahead of me, I was in and out within 10 minutes. The store was clean and where the subs were made,the counter was very clean. Every employee was very friendly and I know I'll be back to get lunch there again.Vegetarian options: They have a variety of veggies to make vegetarians or vegans happy.

I visited this store today I am a open heart surgery patient and on dialysis the handicap space was taken so I parked in a space but didn't pull all the way down as the door is fat away upon struggling to get in established a worker asked me to do him a favor and park noyone was in store I barely made it in I have a handicap placard and there were extra places I told him I didn't have the strength to park further away . He did not show any compassion or understanding and lost a order from me and my elderly mother I will never visit here again .I don't expect preferential treatment if I was taking up spaces or blocking spaces I understand but I wasnt
