The service was awful. The young man at the register wasn’t able to apply a coupon. He got the manager involved, she to couldn’t figure it out. They both attempted to charge me 10.97 for a meal that was 8.99 before tax. The Money wasn’t an issue , but the aditudes certainly were. They clearly did not know what they were doing.

I took a chance on this Subway after getting burned at the Subway on Union and Poplar in this area and tired of driving 15 minutes to go to the one at 4000 something Summer Ave. This is my new favorite Subway location!!!
For some background, I have only ordered at this location through the app and have been ordering from this location for the last 2 weeks (8 sandwiches total).
The location is extremely clean. More importantly, the workers are nice and don't have a tude. They were the first location to make my sandwich as ordered following the directions note that has requested to add a ton's ton of pickles. So far, I have massively enjoyed each and every pickle filled chew on my sandwich!
Let's see how long this location can keep the streak up! Will be updating again in a month or so.

They have gotten SUPER skimpy at this location, they give you half (if that ) of the meat and are super stingy with the veggies. One and a half scoops of tuna for a foot long leaves mostly bread. These franchises have really gotten out of hand. The one on poplar or the one on union will actually make you a proper sandwich.

Subway is one of my favorite eateries when it comes to fast food. This location is just another subway in town. However, the ladies were not super friendly. My sandwich was ok, however, I feel the meat was less! The churros sidekick was subpar. The staff did not put any napkins in my bag ?, and neither I found one around. This is not the best subway that I have been.

I had the worst experience.. the worker Charity had the nasty attitude because I told her to change gloves, because she was handling money first and came back to my food..so I asked her to change gloves. She was too in a hurry to wait on some young girl boys to wear she started handling my food all types off ways. She was very rude and disrespectful. I will not be coming back to this location at 750 Madison.
