Took my money off my card through the app. Showed them my transaction saying that it was taking out and they still did nothing. They also didn’t give out the corporate number so I can get my money back the place has now gone down since new ownership.

Employee was very friendly & polite. My flat bread was like a rock as if it was already stail befor it got toasted then was extremely hard after that. But other than that everything else was average.

Really friendly people. Everything is clean, fresh, and inviting at this subway. My favorite location in Memphis by far.

Parking: Additional spots in the back. In and out convenient by way of Avalon.

I don’t understand how this location does not sell kids meals. Y’all have applesauces and milk but I can’t purchase a kids meal, instead have to buy my daughter a 6 inch sub, cookie and drink separately for $8-$10. I won’t be back at this location

Went here for lunch during the week of inservice. For some reason, only one person was working this location. The one guy working the counter was super nice and deserves better.

I ordered the footlong oven roasted turkey which was listed at $8.69 on the menu. The cashier told me my total was $11.73. They rung my order up as a Titan turkey and claimed the menu I ordered from was for online only, which was not stated anywhere. One of the workers said that the amount I quoted was for the 6inch and that was not correct. The 6 inch oven roasted turkey was $5.69 and the footlong was $8.69. I informed her that I can clearly read what the menu stated. Another worker comes from the back and says that they don't order from that menu. So my question is why is the menu up for the consumer to see if you can't order from it. This location is highly unprofessional and Subway as a company already cheats the consumer out of money by overcharging for less quality. They barely put the toppings on your sandwich. If you want to overcharge for a sandwich, the quality should at least match the price. I asked for spinach and they pick up 6 to 10 leaves. After today, I won't be patronizing this company again.

They hacked my account and ordered $70 worth of sandwiches. I live in Arizona I didn't drive to Memphis for a damn sandwich. Company won't even talk to me. I just get emails saying tell my bank. This is ridiculous.i will never eat subway again.

I have both ordered in person and ordered online for pickup at this location at least 10 times over the past 3 months. All 10 times sucked and I will not be coming back.What you will experience if you order at this location in person:* Rude staff that will act like you are asking them to pull out one of their teeth and put it on as a topping when they are putting on the sandwich what you told them what to.* Them turning you away 50% of the time due to whatever reason* When asking for extra of a veggie ingredient, staff will have the attitude like it is coming out of their paycheck or fridge* Like another person commented they have rap playing loudly tooWhat you will experience if you order online:* If you pay for extra meat, they will only give you what was suppose to come on the sandwich without you paying for extra.* You will still get attitude when you pick up your sandwich* They will give you even less veggies than specified if you have ordered in person.* Example: I pretty much only get pickles as a veggie topping for my sandwich. I wanted the sandwich to be at 30% pickle on an online order in the notes. I open my sandwich to only find 5 pickles total on a $14 dollar sandwich. This was directly ordering from the Subway website. So Uber Eats wasn't taking the extra money.Disclaimer: The above review is my opinion based on my experience at this Subway location and not based on facts.
