I went here on my lunch break as I’ve done the past… I don’t like my bread wet from the water or the veggies and the sauces, I asked for my sauces to placed in a cup.. the lady says we can only give you one cup of sauce…. The meal ranges between 10-20 depending on what you get… I’ve asked for my sauces to placed in cups before with no problem… today was totally different… I left the sandwich there because IF IM PAYING MONEY FOR FOOD, MY FOOD SHOULD BE DONE LIKE I WANT IT AND NOT THE WAY YALL WANT TO MAKE IT! I won’t be back and I don’t want an apology because I’m paying MY MONEY for food not the other way around.

First time at this subway and it was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever experienced! I have worked in customer service for 10 years and I have also worked at subway and I know that the way I got treated yesterday, NO ONE should ever have to go through!
I had placed an order on the app and went to go pick it up and the said employee wouldn’t give me my paid for food!
The employee was yelling at me and demanding my ID in order for me to pick up my online order. I kept telling her I didn’t have my ID on me and the lady proceeded to yell at me. I asked her what else can I show to pick up my food and she wouldn’t answer me. I think walk to my car to see what I can find to show her. I grab the card I used on Apple Pay and my SSN. I go inside and set them on the counter and she then tells me my SSN isn’t an ID and she needs a photo ID. I then tell her here is the card I used the last 4 match what’s at the bottom on the receipt. She then states with an attitude “who orders food and uses a card without a name on it” ummm I used Apple Pay so I’m sorry that was an issue as I didn’t have my physical card in my hand when I placed my order.
After about 20 minutes goes by she’s still not giving me my paid for food and just still yelling at me demanding my ID.

My mom and daughter did an online order I paid for it with my card and pick it up. The Mexican lady refused to give me the orders due to me not having the same id as the name on the orders although I had the came cc and my id matches the payment made. However a white man walked in picked up his order and they didn’t ask for his id! Gave racist vibes I never had to go through this with picking up an order ever at a subway location . Then they both acted as if they couldn’t void the orders to refund me 🙄

Ordered a sub off the app and paid. Go in to receive my sandwich, chips and drink and the lady behind the counter asks me for my ID. Yes my government ID. When I tell her I dont have it on me and even the proof of me ordering it on app she refuses me service and refuses to give a refund and says, “it says on the app I will need ID”. No it doesnt. Ive ordered off the subway app numerous times and never had this problem. Ubelievable they would rather throw away your sandwich than practice common sense. Never go to this subway. 👎👎👎

My order was stolen and reached out and no one will respond to my calls or the app through email smh horrible way to do business especially when my order was over $15 dollars.

This subway refuses to give you a refund! Very crooked people! Also, they WILL NOT answer their phone for nothing. I called 10 times and the line just kept ringing. I will dispute the charge with my financial institution. Crooked people!

I hate, yes I said hate which is a word i rarely use towards something or someone, but the new management at these restaurants are ridiculous. I ordered foot long subs and received what looked like half a sandwich. To add context all bread no filler. As someone who is a long time subway customer we all are used to no getting much meat on the subs but what I got today wasn't even laughable. I have 3 subs with that don't even have enough veggies to make even a small salad, and these are supposed to be foot longs. I feel it's unacceptable as a paying customer going off of the advertised product that you don't even attempt to provide me with what I assume I'm paying for(sight unseen) as I used the subway app. Furthermore, I go to subway since that have better deals than their competitors but at least they give you what you pay for even if it's a bit pricier.

The ad for the new Subway nachos made with Doritos drew me in. This little happy pocket of an eatery in clean as a whistle. They have every flavor soda I 💖 on their fountain, and loads 🥗 freshly chopped sandwich fixings. They are offering Meal Deals of the day, 7 days a week and I will be back. With this close proximity to the Memphis Zoo and Audobon Park, this is my new picnic pick me up place.

Took my money off my card through the app. Showed them my transaction saying that it was taking out and they still did nothing. They also didn’t give out the corporate number so I can get my money back the place has now gone down since new ownership.
Employee was very friendly & polite. My flat bread was like a rock as if it was already stail befor it got toasted then was extremely hard after that. But other than that everything else was average.
