GREAT SNOW BALLS!! I AM A NEW ORLEANS NATIVE SO HER SNOWBALLS ARE VERY SIMILAR TO HOME! I VOUCH FOR SUGA MAMA SNOWBALLS.. NOW FOR GOOD COOKING AND ENTERTAINMENT LOOK UP THUGGCHEF ON TIKTOK..
I love the cheesecake or the fat boy.. my kids tried almost all of their flavors.. when I go back I'm going to have to try the banana pudding. Great customer service only thing is I hate did they close to East Memphis location. By the time I make it back home with all the kids stuff is melting. 😔But other than that never had a issue. The wait is not that long. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.
Overall experience was a 5 Start experience. The customer service was really good. Staff was courteous and helpful. I had no idea which snowball to get, so the cashier suggested Tiger Blood. I tried it and it was delicious. The nachos were really good too! If you haven’t been yet, go try them. I think you will be happy you did.
