The food is wonderful. The only problem I have is she open when she feels like it .. plenty of times it will say open hours but she always close for some odd reason . She needs to change her availability to call in only.

It doesn’t matter if you’re vegan or not, SOV is THEE BEST!!!! I have tried multiple dishes from SOV. Today, I tried the Philly cheesesteak and it was hands down the best Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had (compared to non vegan cheesesteaks as well). I could not put it down!!!! The combination of the toppings on it was perfect and so flavorful!!! I’ve also had the Chili cheese dip, tacos, lasagna and those were equally delicious!!! Don’t take my word for it, TRY IT FOR YOURSELF!!! I guarantee you, you’ll be hooked!!!!

I love their food and services to the community! My favorites lately have been the Bbq-Nachos and the strawberry cake/milkshake! Everything is always cooked to order with great presentation. I was upset only once with my nacho, it wasn’t full of the toppings but it appeared to be but yk every company has their days 😁🤌🏾
Update: I always try to be nice and not down anyone but I have to be honest, it has changed a bit when it comes to serving/food. It feels as if once they are used to seeing you coming/or depending on who you are, they got tooo comfortable and don’t give their all like they did in the beginning, as if you won’t notice a difference in the food. The hospitality is sometimes, more than often a little iffy & nonchalant. I have been coming there since you were in the tent outside the mall and I do see a difference in service, good and bad. I don’t mind paying for quality but if I am going to pay a pretty penny, the food should be a hit “Everytime” not sometimes. Lately I have been hearing a lot of complaints about you all (including myself) but people are sometimes afraid to step on toes. In my opinion, you all have gotten too comfortable in some ways and it made me take a step back for a while.

Overall a great little place in the food court of a mall. Great food. I got the fried pickles, and a Chop cheese meal. Friendly owner. Good to see a family come in and the owner gave them all free soft serve cups.
