Sunrise Memphis (East Memphis)

I was looking forward to coming here but was really disappointed when my boyfriend and I came here to meet with a couple of friends after church and tried to go inside to get in line with them as they were holding a spot for us but the man at the front refused to let us in and told us to go to the end of the line in a very poor manner. I don’t feel like this is a good example of customer service. We will not be coming back.

Our last stop for breakfast before heading to Memphis Airport. Food was delicious long lines, but they move you threw quickly. Worth the wait!

This was absolutely amazing! I ordered the Rocky Mountain Omelet. I typically don’t like mushrooms, but it was super good in this. The biscuit was so fluffy and the jam and butter were phenomenal. I also don’t really do biscuits, but so good. For me though, the ham was a bit too salty. Other than that, I seriously ate everything and it was a lot, but so good. Next time I’m definitely getting the yogurt bowl! It looked delicious too. It was a bit loud inside, but not terrible. Service was quick and friendly staff.

Had the chorizo bowl, and avocado toast and it did not disappoint! Bowl was full of flavor, eggs cooked perfectly. This was an awesome meal. Wish I would of taken a picture first!

First time visiting. It was very good. Plentiful servings, good flavor. The coffee was great ... Three snaps and oh yeah!!! 😅

No outside drinks allowed. As soon as you make your order before you get seated, the system is set at a 25% tip. Left a 15% cause I had to get/serve my own drinks/refills and grab my own silverware. Paid $45+ dollars for breakfast for two

This is one of my favorite spots in Memphis. Don’t let the long line discourage you. They have a process that is as organized and efficient as if a drill sergeant is leading it. The staff is super nice, the vibe is super chill. The food smells fantastic when you walk through the door. The chicken biscuit sandwich or “The Rooster” is iconic. It comes dripping in honey and the crust on the chicken is light and phenomenal. I just wish they had a dinner menu because I would come here for every meal if I could when traveling to Memphis. 10/10
