Should be shut down. Sat in the drive thru waiting line for almost 30 minutes(couldn’t get out) while the people working were “entertaining” the guests in the parking lot.. best I can explain. Once eventually getting to the window, was told they were all out of all meats. Why make us sit in line and wait and listen to yalls bullshit in the parking lot if y’all don’t have food to serve. Shut it down or investigate. This was a Friday at midnight, nothing outlandish for a Taco Bell. Shut it down

Day Dream

I stopped by this location at around 2am. The service was the worst. When ordering, items were assumed that I never even asked for, None of the specifications were met, and the second part of my order was completely misunderstood. I did not care to argue back-and-forth, but I did have to come back for a refund once I discovered the entire order was off. The manager had such a bad attitude. She also tried to play dumb at issuing me a receipt for my refund. She really denied me a receipt and told me there was no way for her to print a copy at all, but that she had to keep hers for her records. I could tell she was trying to give me a hard time intentionally. Do better! No New Sales!

$9 Deluxe Box was delicious. I waited 15 minutes in the drive through because everyone in Memphis had the same idea as me. Go get food at 11:30 at night, in the rain. The staff did a great job 👍.

food is usually always right even when I make modifications, today on 04/06/25 an older white lady who worked the drive through was extremely polite and immediately told me the food might be able because she had to wait for the fryers to come back up and she offered me a drink while I waited.
