I ordered 3 crunchy tacos with meat and cheese only. This is what I received. What is that? Rice? I called , no answer. I neither received our drinks nor the mild taco sauce that we had to request as per the sign on the drive-thru window. The drive-thru lane has a deep hole that is unavoidable. I thought my tire had been damaged. This location needs some attention and maintenance internally and externally. Unfortunately, this location is the only one in the Westwood area. We need another choice of location or we can choose a different brand all together.

Me and my lady ordered everything supreme and they didn't put sour cream on any of our orders. I also ordered the nacho cheese fries and they were cold.
Parking: They have plenty of parking surrounding the building.
If you are on the way to the casino or coming back or just in the neighborhood, this is a quick place to stop by even though you might see a line when you pull up their service is expedited they will get your order and get it ready

This was a taco bell / KFC. We wanted taco bell but the cashier said they had no taco bell. We then ordered pot pies and they were out of pot pies. Half way thru the order the cashier said they now had pot pies so we ordered 2. The two pot pies wound up with no chicken in them at all. Horrible experience

This is the second time I've ordered from this Taco Bell location and they have stupidly gave me a crunchy taco wrapped in the chalupa bread posing as the chalupa. If they ran out of chicken etc. For it why not say so. It's stupid common sense would say I'd open it and see it's a taco and not a chicken chalupa which comes in my box stupid fools. If you aren't smart don't work in food! ???

I didn't go to Taco Bell why it asked me how was it, I don't know! The last time I did visit Taco Bell 20 years ago the meat tasted like fake beef and it made my stomach hurt really bad so I haven't been back in along time.

This was the first time I made it 15 minutes home without my crunchy tacos soaked through the bottom and stuck to the paper! It was amazing!
