I was there 2 weeks ago the young man that work the window with the plaits or braids. Was very nonchalant, no greet, no smile, I asked him how was his day... it's bad he never open his mouth he gave me my bag of food he just dropped it. It hit the ground!!!!! Didn't give me time to get it out his hand. There was a lady near the register stated to me ma'am I will take care of him she did apologize about his attitude. Also I will contact the health department about him dropping my food. His attitude is TERRIBLE!!!!! he will bring that business down with his nasty attitude. I will never visit that taco bell anymore. It's the taco bell near Captain D's. I WILL SPREAD THE WORD.

so I left the review and the area manager reached out to me via email and told me I will be receiving a refund and a remake and he has yet to respond and when I called up to the store, they said that He never told them anything about my refund or remake and she said she will call him and she was going to call me back and she never called back nor did I ever receive an email back from them just pitiful !!!

Food was pathetic. I won't be wasting my money there anymore. The tacos had no meat filling. My quasadia had barely any steak or cheese expecially on the ends and my strawberry lemonade tasted watered down...It was a waste of time to drive there, my appetite cause I was ready for the food to be like commercials & my money because upon biting in I wanted to throw in the trash! I will keep this in mind next time a Taco Bell Comercial entice me out the door to throw away my HARD EARNED money.
So what felt like an hour wait was actually 30-45 minutes I was actually skipped over and when the manager noticed she STAT my order but came the STAT order my order was all wrong and was disgusting I was highly disappointed tonight because I spent $43 on my meal for my family and it was AWFUL! The manager and staff was phenomenal and the restaurant and prep area itself was clean .. but the food -0/10 I waited and waited to be highly disappointed I just want my money BACK! It was a waste of time and my money!
Attitudes were terrible. Management needs to re train asap

You had a cashier who really had a bad day running the drive thru. She really had a very disgusting attitude and made me wait 10 minutes before giving me a taco that was ordered and done before I got there. That’s a person that’s bad for business.

I go here a lot. If this is the one on Elvis Presley near Winchester. It was horrible when I tried the new doube-pack chulupa. It's like they dropped it in a fryer for too long. My chulupa was burnt like a taco. When I went to the one in Elvis Presley next to Hook's. They made it just like it looked on TV. It was great.

I ordered 4 Supreme Tacos and payed for it got home I had 4 regular Tacos to tired and to far to take them back.
