I would highly recommend that the staff either be replaced or retrained on customer service and food handling. It makes absolutely no sense of how rude, unorganized, and unprofessional they are. I get that its just Taco Bell and not 5 star dining establishment but damn, thats ridiculous. Carla D is on drive through tonight and is doing a piss poor job of running it smoothly.

The food is never prepared correctly. My last visit resulted in me having to deal with a very unprofessional cashier taking orders. She cut me off before I could end ordering my meals, asking "is that all". When I got to the window, she never said a word. I didn't get a greeting or anything. I even told her "Thank you, have a good night". She just closed the windows and walked off. It's crazy to get a job serving people if you don't want to serve people.

Woman in the drive thru was very rude and unprofessional and then gave us the wrong drinks on top of that. The drinks being delicious are what saved this from being a 1 star.

I only got half my order and tried to email taco bell and no one got back with me I tried to find a number on the app and they don't have one. So I'm just out that money. I know not to order delivery from the app now.
I placed an online order and came to pick it up through the drive through on 12/7/2024. I was supposed to pick up my order at 2:48, however I got to the store early. I was asked to pull to the front, no problem. I waited in my food for 20 minutes and finally went inside. When I asked about my order, the General Manager, Melissa, was on the line talking about me to the employees. They never made my food and I paid for an order that I never received. I asked for a refund through & was instructed to go through the app to cancel it when I made them aware that that was not an option - the manager told me that it was nothing she could do about it. I have never seen such unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect and disregard for customers. I will never visit this establishment again and if this is the type of people y'all hire for management roles and positions I feel bad for the amount of customers yall about to lose.

Drive thru was long and I parked and went inside to order but I was never acknowledged or seen by anyone. It was like I wasn't in there at all. I was prepared to get food for my 3 grandkids but after 10 minutes I took my money somewhere else. I will never go to this location again. They can't pay me to go there.
