So I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt after the first time they messed up my order. This time it’s just ridiculous!!!! The location was filthy the staff was, for a lack of better word “rachted”. Not only was my food completely wrong but it was horribly made. I got tacos with NO MEAT, and a Mexican pizza without sauce. My husband’s nachos had no cheese sauce and beans but no meat. I will not be going back to Taco Bell period. No location is good they should close them all!!!

I just purchased food from this location about 20mins ago and it was all garbage, I don’t know if they just over cooked the shells on everything or it was just plain stell ‼️ Now thinking back this is why it’s been a while since I have eaten here . It’s a shame nobody cares anymore about customer service and they wonder why we loosing everything in our neighborhood…..smh !! 🤦🏽♀️

I understand self service, yet it would be nice to be greeted with a smile, than a touch screen,I like human interaction, it let's you experience the opportunity to ask them how their day is going, food was very good,clean atmosphere, service was good

Went for lunch and ordered the cheesy bean and rice burrito and chicken quesadilla. I took one bite and had to spit it out. There was something in there that was old and tasted like dirty mop water. You can see the mold or something on the beans in the photo. On top of that, they couldn’t even cut the quesadilla… ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Never come here, you will get sick!

Nasty.. ordered a nacho bell grange with chicken.. Chicken had no season on it, chips stale! Do better..
I would highly recommend that the staff either be replaced or retrained on customer service and food handling. It makes absolutely no sense of how rude, unorganized, and unprofessional they are. I get that its just Taco Bell and not 5 star dining establishment but damn, thats ridiculous. Carla D is on drive through tonight and is doing a piss poor job of running it smoothly.

The food is never prepared correctly. My last visit resulted in me having to deal with a very unprofessional cashier taking orders. She cut me off before I could end ordering my meals, asking "is that all". When I got to the window, she never said a word. I didn't get a greeting or anything. I even told her "Thank you, have a good night". She just closed the windows and walked off. It's crazy to get a job serving people if you don't want to serve people.

Woman in the drive thru was very rude and unprofessional and then gave us the wrong drinks on top of that. The drinks being delicious are what saved this from being a 1 star.
