This is the worst Taco Bell ever. Every time I come through the line and this particular lady makes my food, it’s like she’s trying to keep some for herself. If you need to cut back this much, just shut down. It’s dry..,. This is extra sour cream? Half the chips are not covered. I asked for more toppings and I was told I could pay for more…… If I had time I would’ve got a refund because this unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars I would and that lady who made this needs to be fired immediately.

The customer service I experienced from this location was disgusting. I called corporate to file a complaint and I never go this far about a fast food establishment. As stated on my receipt Melissa p was my cashier and my husband went the very next day same experience and same cashier. This location will never see another penny of mines

Yes, it's inexpensive fast food. But as far as inexpensive fast food goes, this is the most reliable option in Memphis. I drive past two or three other Taco Bells on my way to get drive-through from here. It's THAT much better.

I ordered in the drive thru and received 2 orders of cold fries, so I drove back around and was told to come in to get fresh fries. Seriously???? I told her that I would reverse my car and pull up when the fries were ready. But why suggest that? And why send out did that you know it's ice cold?
Pulled up to windows and attempted to order chicken nugget meal. Was responded to with "We don't sell that." In a very flat, aggressive tone.
Shrugged it off and attempted to order a cantina burrito meal
And while trying to think of what to modify/drink for the order, the server constantly prodded a response for the drink after being told to "give us a sec"
This prompted one of us to respond again with a louder and irritated "hold up" in which the server responded with "Nuh uh, get out of my drive thru"
This lack of customer service values, and "thick skin" is ridiculous in a field such as this. An employee or manager should not conduct themselves in that manner.
She claimed she was the manager, time of order was around 12:30 1/7/25
Also refused to give their name, supervisor, or company number when asked. Horrible experience overall.

Mexican pizza, crispy chicken taco, green burrito, nacho fries. Everything was on point. Saturday night, too. Kinda surprised by other reviews, cuz I usually find that Taco Bell’s go one way or the other. For now at least, this is the one I’m going to in my area.

Big sign bold as day that says breakfast and at 9:37 am I was told that breakfast has been discontinued. Take the damn sign down
The service was horrible they were fully staffed but wouldn't take more than one order per car on top of that they all had horrible attitudes and got my order wrong!
