6 people behind the counter and not one noticed 12 people in the lobby or the orders they were waiting on. people had to complain to get any help, and the food was not prepared well at all.

2025/07/20 1:00 AM: Got turned away at the speaker because I wasn't with UberEats or Doordash. No sign up or any warning. Who do you ingrates think you work for?
Do not attempt to go inside to order unless you want to be greeted with employees yelling at you. 2 staff people rudely yelled to me that the 'lobby is closed, order through the drive thru.' Why are the doors unlocked? You could put a note on the door. I will not be back. We aren't welcome!

I give the food a zero. Whoever u have in that kitchen does not want to be there. Both tacos broke. Paid over $5 for a chicken burrito only beans and rice. Just horrible
It was the first time I saw this place..., I was there for 5 minutes... no one attended me and they had no customers... I was the only one..., they were on the cell phone without any worries, it was a despair.
If I can give zero stars, I would! Went through the drive thru and the worker had a NASTY AND DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE. It took everything in me not to cause a scene. She needs to be fired! If she doesn’t like her job, please resign. I was overcharged and missing items in my bag. When I questioned it, she got an attitude! Black woman, maybe late 30s early 40s, dark hair, plus size. I believe she was the manager. The service is awful!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I am beside myself from what happened last night at one of my favorite establishments last night, this one in particular that I have been frequenting since I was a kid. Last night went thru the drive thru and ordered my food. Pulled around to the window and the man working immediately said “it’s cash only.” I was not told this when I ordered my food, and normally this would not be a problem except I had a lot of cash on me I had not deposited at the bank yet. I politely told the man working that he didn’t not tell me this when I ordered and I only had cash. He then doubled down on what he said and got aggressive and hostile. At this point I asked to speak to a manager and the man t the window started cussing at us. The manager came to the door and talked about the situation and said they could only take card. I gave her my card and she ran it, then told me I still owed 3 dollars for the order. I told her I only had cash and then she said the cash would be acceptable. I have gone to this specific store so many times and I’m just upset about that situation. How I was spoken to buy the drive thru worker and then how the manager handled it.

The manager told me I can't order no more than 5 items total.
I asked when did they start doing that she said today I said why she said because she's on duty I asked the manager what's her name she refused to give me her name. and she wouldn't take my order. It is 5:40pm Sunday May 25th 2025.
My kids were crying and upset because they were hungry.
When I pulled to the window to ask her name again..
She said no and told me to go to another taco bell.
After she walked away from the window..
Another employee came to the window and aggressively told me to leave the window.
I asked him for the manager's name and he refused and closed the window. .

On a recent visit, I ordered 3 items at the drive thru. My order showed as correct on the screen, but when I pulled up to the windows, I was only given 2 items - neither of which I ordered and both were cold. I asked about the missing third item (not realizing the other ones were wrong) so they did remedy that error, but since I didn't unwrap/check the other items, those were not fixed. The multiple instances of carelessness were very disappointing.

I went to get me a burrito.the food was cold didn't taste fresh and the cashier only gave me 1 salsa. Cashier had an attitude acted like I was the enemy .you need to do better with management.u don't serve the customer and it's not good. Do better taco bell

Extremely disappointing experience. As an Uber Eats delivery driver, I understand that delays can happen, but this was beyond acceptable. I arrived around 10:30 PM and waited over 30 minutes for the order.
The employee handling the drive-thru was difficult to understand over the intercom, and when I asked for clarification, she responded with open hostility. When I reached the window, she immediately began yelling and using profanity because I had misunderstood her earlier. This reaction was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Even more concerning, she began shouting at her coworker in front of me. Based on her behavior and demeanor, she appeared to be the lead or manager, which only makes the situation worse.
This experience was not only frustrating, but incredibly disrespectful. Serious improvements in staff training, communication, and basic professionalism are urgently needed.

Absolutely horrible! on 5/4/25 I only got 2 chalupas that gave me food poisoning. Every time I go to this location they have different people that do not know what they are doing and get the orders wrong or they make you wait an insane amount of time when NO one is in line. Today I was served By Daniel J who was very rude and kept cutting me off causing her to get my order wrong and they were very rude. I am done with getting sick over poisonous food and horrible customer service. Im in shock that they are still in service.
