I started going to this one because the one closer to my house in Bartlett had a homeless woman living inside and her homeless friends often too. The smell was sometimes too much. Last two times I came to this one, she's here now instead. Homeless people live inside this Taco Bell, and the one closer to Bartlett on Stage.

I ordered the 2 Chicken Chalupa meal with no tomatoes/light lettuce. I got chalupas with hardly noting on it. It took forever to receive my order and it was only one car in front of me. $14 worth of bread. Oh shall I say fresh bread. The cashier was pleasant. Too bad I am at work and can’t take it back.

The new nuggets had no flavor at all, just bland, and looked nothing like the picture on the menu. They looked like they had been refried 3 or 4 times and very hard. I wanted to add a picture I took of them, but didn't see the option.

Having eaten at many Taco Bell‘s over the years I can clearly and honestly state that this is the worst location of their chain. The staff is lazy doesn’t listen to request often, rude, annoying, and overbearing Despite repeated request for no tomatoes And it clearly written on the receipt. They proceeded to dump massive amount of tomatoes onto my tacos Just plain rude

I don't go to Taco Bell often, but when I do I go to this one. The order is always fresh and accurate. It's probably the best one in the area.
Monday 4/28/25 6pm some dude is standing outside the front door asking people for money and rides. Coming inside got a camp-out at one of the tables. Made us anxious because of how fast people can get aggressive and violent here in Memphis for no reason.

The food when we go is always good, but everytime we have been, we have been missing at least one item each time. We try to check the bag before we go, but with a family all ordering it can be hard to keep up. But I can confidently say it’s been each time we are missing one item. Like today we were missing one of the burritos. All items are always on the receipt, so they are there and paid for.

Normally when I come to this taco bell the service is great...I'm always at the drive thru.. But on 12/09/2024 I pulled up and a young lady came over the speaker and asked...What could we make fresh for you...I stated my order...After that it was nothing but silence...I drove around after sitting 5 minutes I saw people inside but no one acknowledged me...So I left..Why ask me for my order when you won't respond
So I came back later on and went inside for two orders of nacho fries...They were cold and the manager she doesn't have a pleasant attitude..You have employees eating in the lobby and when you walk in they're running to the register at the drive thru to take orders
