The 9$ discovery box is advertised on the menu. She said they didn’t have the flamin hot only Doritos….ok. So I get that! For starters food was falling out the wrappers looked like it was just dumped in the bag. Second 1 item was missing which was the burrito. She proceeds to tell me that it only comes with the 2 items ummmmm no that’s not was was told while order! I was told that the flavor was different. Ok cool I pull off to go look at the menu again and it’s clearly there in black in white. Instead of taking accountability for there mistake she proceeds to go back and forth. I went to the window and gave them the food back and received a refund. The customer service was a 0/10! The presentation was a 0/10! Do better!

Refused to make my Uber Eats order. They would keep telling my drivers someone stole my order when that is not the case. I even created a second order and they still told the second set of drivers the same thing when they really just didnt want to make it. Instead lets just turn uber eats off for the store or hey cancel it! Wouldve saves alot of peoples time and effort. This is regarding the team and manager working on 12/19/25 @ 10PM

Out of the 20+ Taco Bell’s that I have been to in my lifetime, this one is by far the worst. My family ordered about 15 items around 4:30PM. Some of the items had no meat at all. The others had very little meat. Some of the items (like the double decker taco) were made with incorrect ingredients. The only item out of 15 that was made appropriately was the cinnamon twists. 1/15 is a pretty poor performance.

This location can be hit or miss for me. Sometimes the service is super fast, other times it’s slow. Sometimes the food comes out great, sometimes it’s a mess and doesn’t taste right. This time my issue was their lack of change. I haven’t paid in cash in a while and decided to this time, they didn’t have enough change to give me so she shorted me and didn’t even seem bothered by it. I complained but didn’t seem like it was something that was gonna be fixed so I just left it alone. How do you have a register on drive thru with not enough change?

I started going to this one because the one closer to my house in Bartlett had a homeless woman living inside and her homeless friends often too. The smell was sometimes too much. Last two times I came to this one, she's here now instead. Homeless people live inside this Taco Bell, and the one closer to Bartlett on Stage.

I ordered the 2 Chicken Chalupa meal with no tomatoes/light lettuce. I got chalupas with hardly noting on it. It took forever to receive my order and it was only one car in front of me. $14 worth of bread. Oh shall I say fresh bread. The cashier was pleasant. Too bad I am at work and can’t take it back.
The lady taking drive through orders was very polite & patient.

The new nuggets had no flavor at all, just bland, and looked nothing like the picture on the menu. They looked like they had been refried 3 or 4 times and very hard. I wanted to add a picture I took of them, but didn't see the option.
