Usually location a hit or miss but whoever made the food or was cooking this day made everything perfectly. Everything was fresh, all the customizations were accommodated for, and all add ons were on the food.

The drive thru takes entirely too long, and this location regularly forgets items from your order. Other locations don’t have an issue with this.

Entire meal was inedible due to the way every item was packaged, ingredients that were asked to be removed came extra, and even added ingredients that weren’t supposed to come on the food. This taco bell ain’t it, whoever is making the food needs to be thoroughly retrained or let go. Been going to this Taco Bell for years, but their quality has gone wayyy down, would definitely not recommend.

Whoever was supposed to put the orders for the front counter and drive thru has mixed up the orders several times, and it just so happened to be us and another customer this time. I also overheard one of the senior managers telling the worker at the drive-thru window that she gave out the wrong orders, and the drive-thru worker denied it. This is going to be our first and last time we are going to this Taco Bell...

Management here is clearly inept. It seems like it needs to shut down because the quality of the employees is absolutely unsustainable. Employees are on their phone when there is work to be done and have no regard for the customer . I would recommend shutting down the location.

My 5-layer burrito was so messed up. They had a soft shell taco inside the burrito with all the toppings wrapped around a large tortilla. It was absolutely disgusting. I threw it away, and the gordito wasn't any better . How do you mess these things up? The only thing edible was the nacho chips and cheese dip. I've been there before and not so great then and thought I would give them another chance, beings they are so close to my job. That was a big mistake. Won't be giving them a 3rd chance. By the way, this was at 11 A.M. everything should have been on point, plus it was an online order . You would think it would. E easy easy, but they couldn't even give me the right sauce packets.
