My husband went through the drive-thru at this Taco Bell and the experience was absolutely horrible from start to finish. From the moment he placed his order, the employee had a rude, impatient attitude and kept rushing him.
When he reached the window, the employee spilled a drink on my husband and all over the inside of our car. There was no apology, no napkins offered, and no attempt to help clean it up just a dismissive “it was an accident.” After that, they still managed to give us our entire order wrong.
As my husband was pulling away, the employee began speaking badly about him. When my husband addressed it, the employee said he didn’t care about his job and threatened to come outside and fight him. That kind of behavior is shocking, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for any business, especially one serving the public.
We tried calling the store to speak with management, but no one answered. This is not the first time we’ve had problems at this location with rude employees and incorrect orders, but this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had.
This level of disrespect and hostility toward customers should never be tolerated. This location needs serious attention from management and corporate before someone gets hurt or the situation becomes even worse.

Ordered food through the app with a gift card. Came in and they said they're closed and can't make food. Got in the car and watched multiple people go in and out with food. Can't get a refund since it was a gift card so I just wasted money on food I didn't even get while other people got their food.

Horrible experience ordered uber eats , and I know it wasn’t an app issue cause the ticket has my name and shows all restrictions.. I cannot have any meat and they put steak in one item chicken in two and beef in one almost felt intentional cause no way you mess up Every single item and add meat that doesn’t even normally come
With the item … for the nachos and cheese they just threw the cheese ontop and didn’t include my chipotle sauce. Didn’t get my chalupa either instead they gave me an extra soft chicken taco.. which I didn’t have. Got horrible food poisoning after I had a bite with some meat and had to throw out rest. Uber eats refused to refund me the 30$ thanks.

At night, dont even bother. Line is long and your order will come with a side of attitude. Guess the worker was upset people were spending their hard earned money at his establishment, didn’t get what I ordered but got plenty of attitude from the guy at the window. If you don’t like your job, quit! Won’t be back at this location.

Today I went to grab me and my husband some lunch around 11am and the guy in the drive thru had the WORST ATTITUDE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT! IT WAS SO BAD I DROVE OFF WITHOUT PAYING FOR OR RECEIVING MY ORDER. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HIS PROBLEM WAS BUT IF HE DOESN'T LIKE HIS JOB THEN HE SHOULD QUIT! I AM A BARTENDER SO I UNDERSTAND WHAT QUALITY SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT BUT THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE TRAINED ON LEAVING HIS PROBLEMS AT HOME AND NOT BEING A BEAN HEAD TO THE GUEST BECAUSE HE'S HAVING A BAD DAY! NOBODY MAKES YOU SIGN UP FOR THESE JOBS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE AT WORK THEN STAY AT HOME!

Absolutely terrible service. Even worse food. We work hard for our money and as expensive as everything is now, it’s not worth the rude and terrible service you receive from this location. Do not waste your money there.

Today I am giving this 5 star rating to one employee at store #32326. This employee's name is Mario. This evening I ordered off of the Taco Bell app because I finally decided to download it due to the previous experiences I've had at this location. My order was a bit large due to my spouse and I liking variety and usually making 2 meals out of anything we eat. I was emailed that it would be ready in less than 10 minutes. I arrive at the location and my spouse goes inside. It usually doesn't take more than 5 minutes (sometimes less). This time it seemed a bit longer. As my spouse returns, he gets into the vehicle and says that we are never coming back to this location again. Apparently, our order was not ready in the 10 minutes. According to him, there was only one gentleman preparing our order. This is where Mario comes in. As I go over what we ordered in the vehicle, we find we are missing an item. So in i go, promising not to have an attitude with the staff. I inform them I am missing an item as well as question the size of a large fiesta fry. Mario comes straight to the counter, apologizes, and gets right to correcting our order. His positive attitude and willingness to correct his own mistake, on top of showing my spouse his eagerness to please the customer, is what gives this location a 5 star review. Not the food, not the atmosphere, and certainly not the other employees standing around looking for direction, but Mario. HE EARNED THIS REVIEW. Thank you sir for taking care of us. You are appreciated.
