Today I am giving this 5 star rating to one employee at store #32326. This employee's name is Mario. This evening I ordered off of the Taco Bell app because I finally decided to download it due to the previous experiences I've had at this location. My order was a bit large due to my spouse and I liking variety and usually making 2 meals out of anything we eat. I was emailed that it would be ready in less than 10 minutes. I arrive at the location and my spouse goes inside. It usually doesn't take more than 5 minutes (sometimes less). This time it seemed a bit longer. As my spouse returns, he gets into the vehicle and says that we are never coming back to this location again. Apparently, our order was not ready in the 10 minutes. According to him, there was only one gentleman preparing our order. This is where Mario comes in. As I go over what we ordered in the vehicle, we find we are missing an item. So in i go, promising not to have an attitude with the staff. I inform them I am missing an item as well as question the size of a large fiesta fry. Mario comes straight to the counter, apologizes, and gets right to correcting our order. His positive attitude and willingness to correct his own mistake, on top of showing my spouse his eagerness to please the customer, is what gives this location a 5 star review. Not the food, not the atmosphere, and certainly not the other employees standing around looking for direction, but Mario. HE EARNED THIS REVIEW. Thank you sir for taking care of us. You are appreciated.

I've ordered from this location many times, and 9 times out of 10 (no exaggeration) the food is nearly inedible. The staff clearly hate their jobs, are rude and don't like answering any questions whatsoever. If you ask for extra sauce because the 2 packets for your combo meal wasn't enough they get mad. The worst part is, they NEVER make your food right (NEVER) they're always missing something, rice is always rock hard stale, if you order extra sourcream they give you less than a pinkie's worth. I keep making the same mistake of ordering from this terrible location, I ordered a combo meal and my crunchwrap was torn apart, almost as if they slapped the crunchwrap against the wall and put it in the bag it was completely torn. the burrito bread is always stale, the potato fiesta had NO sourcream whatsoever, very dry and somehow it turned into a big solid chunk??? Every location is better than this, i've been to so many other locations and this is the only one that is consistently this terrible. I've had them lie and claim "we're rebooting the systems, we need 30 mins" and when they saw me waiting they took my order 2 minutes later. I wish i could fully express how much i hate this location and those lazy idiots that work inside, this isn't even worthy of a 1 star, I swear i'd never even think of getting close to this taco bell if it wasn't the only option past 1 AM nearby.

I wouldn't accept for them to remake my order because it'd only turn out as terrible as the one before it.

I purchased 12 tacos and they had no meat some no lettuce or cheese. Some only had meat on half. This is not the first time experiencing bad service. The service here really getting worse and worse. I stop here after work because it’s so close to the house. This Taco Bell used to have such great service. One night the staff was outside sitting in the car smoking and saying the system was down. They do not deserve 1 star.

I was not expecting the entire staff to leave as soon as I ordered. It took them a very long time to get back to it and once I finally got it it was all cold. I made a second order of a rewards burrito and after hearing them talk about cancelling an order I just decided to leave instead of dealing with it. Very disappointed.

I did an online order for modified beans and rice burritos (adding extras) .....they put everything in the burritos, but the rice. They did not tell me that they were out of rice or communicate any changes to the order. The employees were nice, but this location ALWAYS (ALWAYS!!) messes up orders for some reason. It is never a good food experience.... Just keep driving until you reach another location, I'd recommend the Wolf River location. I was just closer to this one today and I am disappointed.
