Worst customer service. My cashier name was Mya M she was not the young lady that took my order. I ask Mya and the manager her name nobody gave it to to me. On 10/25/2024 at 12:47p.m the most unprofessional young lady took my order wost attitude ever. I told the manager, she is very young also and didn't really care. This was my favorite taco bell now I have to find a new one. Customer service is key to keeping people coming back. How rude!!!

This location has problems that need be addressed ASAP. Ordered online went to pick it up and found that we was missing 5 tacos and both of the nachos was done wrong and a quesadilla was missing as well. We gotten the missing tacos and one of nachos remade. What's crazy about this situation they wasn't even busy there was no excuse for the screw up and having only 1 person do the work while other employees and the manager hid. I'm so fed up with this location. Pulling pants up with gloves on and not changing them. I seen enough of this joke of a location goes to show 2nd shift usually the problem at fast food place makes me wanna go spend more with another place that I kno will fix your food right and not get upset when you tell them that they messed up in a nicest way.
This Taco Bell location, the late night shift can NEVER get your order right to save their lives. If it’s from leaving out item(s) or sauce, or a making a terrible drink, it never fails. Why? Just why?….. Why is it sooo hard? It’s so simple read the order and make it, make sure drink machine is working properly and sauce usually goes in automatically (done it a hundred times a day), And you ask to recommend an item. I have several but not from this location.
