Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. I walked in and stood at the counter waiting to be helped, and not a single employee acknowledged me. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing—just complete disregard like I didn’t exist.
Then, to make things worse, another customer walks in after me and somehow gets helped right away. They took his order like it was no problem. But when it was finally supposed to be my turn, suddenly—magically—every employee was “off the clock.” Just like that. No explanation, no offer to help, just walked away while I stood there dumbfounded.
The guy who ordered after me? Yeah, he got his food and walked out happy. Me? Still standing there like an idiot with nothing but frustration and wasted time.
This location needs serious management attention. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in doing their jobs. If this is how Taco Bell treats customers now, don’t be surprised when people start spending their money elsewhere.

My good kept sticking to the wrappers couldn't even enjoy my food without them ripping apart the rice was hard as a rock and then things that i asked to be take off my food there was heavy amounts of it on my food

After a horrendous experience last time I'm updating my review, I received good food that was made fresh in very little time, even the new items on the menu are kind of good, the location is going through minor renovations and repairs but the food was served well

I wonder why most fast food places are truly fast. This concerns me here. There were two orders placed and one received in about 3-5 mins not bad. But that was 2 End order 1 order just got it. Time was over 20 mins

Simply one of the worst Taco Bells I have ever been to. We ordered a DoorDash and the first time they forgot an entire meal so we got refunded and reordered the same meal. They got scammed by a phony door dasher and gave the food away to then try to convince us to reorder the meal and pay them AGAIN. I have never had a Taco Bell legitimately try to scam me out of my money.
Lady was entirely rude and sucked all the life out of the air with her bad breath and cursing and couldn’t speak or understand English. Can’t decide if the bowel movement or her entire being is worse at this point.
