I don't leave bad reviews but this location needs to get it together. Hard taco shells were so stale they taste like paint or something. Very foul taste and after taste 🤢. The filling was fine but the shells had to be old. This location gives the flimsiest chalupa bread I've ever had. It's not toasted AT ALL mostly doughy. Staff is always friendly (only been served food by night shift) but the food is a real hit or miss. Also asked for my receipt ( ASK or you won't get one at all) to scan my rewards in my app so I could accumulate points for this order as I paid cash and they purposely give receipts with no barcode to scan.

This location has went downhill! Everytime I order here there is a ISSUE tonight I pickup a replacement and purchased a few items they had no customers and still got my order WRONG! Like who doesnt know a soft taco supreme comes with sour cream? Super incompetent do better with you are hiring and their training. Highly do not recommend this location

I understand yall have to follow certain policies at night that doesn’t give you the right to be disrespectful towards me shouting and cussing me out I’m a manager my self and will still be nice to my customers the manager on the taco bell on union in Memphis Tennessee that works the night shift is horrible

I am 100% dissatisfied with my order from this location. I asked for a nacho bell grande no bean extra beef and they gave me some nachos that clearly had been sitting out, the chips were stale and soggy, and there was beans with no extra beef. My chalupa combo was not prepared properly because the shell wasn't even cooked, and everything was cold and old. I spent almost 40 bucks and the only thing im happy with is my drink and that's really sad. This location needs to do better in management and staffing. Unacceptable!

I asked my husband to bring me food on his way home from work. Unfortunately, i got sick before he made it home so I was only able to eat a few bites before I had to lay down. The little bit I try seemed okay but it could've been better if I hadn't been feeling so bad!

I am upset. I paid and uo grade to not enough meat. I got it according to the picture. Too many chips and not enough meat. . And I up grade my amount to $7,00 dollars. Also no recept, and the lady did not put no napkins in the bag or a fork. I was on lunch break so I sat at the widow for 3min. Not knowing what's going on. I have not been to this taco bell in 3 years do to this kind of actions. I will guess I will go to the other location from now own. They fix it just like the picture.

Rude very rude then I didn’t even receive what I ordered, tried to tell lady at the drive through and she ran around the building and cut the lights off . The internet says yall closes at 4am if y’all was closing early yall should said that instead of taking my order .

Totally annoyed. Ordered food via Door dash for my friend in Memphis. Ordered a Steak Burrito & asked for no cheese, no sauce, no sour cream. Came with all of the above. My friend was unable to eat it. That Burrito cost me double as I ordered outside of the States. He was starving hungry and unwell. He tried calling the store, but no reply, to say I was devastated and and felt ripped off is an understatement.

Actually the goat of Taco Bell‘s within the downtown Memphis area. Staff has always been so nice and pretty speedy figuring the traffic they get being on union

Staff was rude , wait time was terrible, two guests behind me got their food before me & one guest was offered something extra for their wait and they had just walked in & I was still waiting. When I tried to ask why I wasn’t compasated for my wait the employee walked off. I will never eat here again terrible service during 12 noon lunch hour. Lobby wasn’t crowded at all. I didn’t receive a receipt either 👎🏽
