If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My elderly father, who is well over 60, stopped in simply to get two cups of ice—and was charged $5.25. That’s outrageous. I returned the cups immediately, and the woman at the counter (who I assume was the manager) told me, “I told him I was charging him for the cups.” Seriously?
If someone came in clearly overheated or dehydrated, would you still justify charging over $5 for frozen water? Let’s hope none of your staff—or anyone you care about—find themselves in a similar situation, relying on the basic kindness of others to stay safe in the heat.
Charging $5.25 for two cups of ICE isn’t just bad customer service—it’s inhumane. And let’s be real: those cups aren’t worth $2+ each. It feels like you charged my father for full drinks, not just ice. Do better. This was shameful.

I walk there to eat 3-5 time a week for a year and the last 2 months I've had problems with order , it was handled but today I'm tired of that they mix up your order and think it's funny .. 2 female both said they are management arguing with me about what I ordered and huddled saying she wishes I don't come back they offered coupon for tacos I don't eat tacos and they made it clear they don't appreciate my buying there .. please check your orders stop accepting thier mistake .. VERY POOR. !! "management " return it and review them save others the trip don't eat at Taco Bell on knight Arnold and South Mendenhall there's a McDonald's at next light
