Milton at KnightArnold/Mendenhall location provided OUTSTANDING customer service. This isnt often said regarding drive thru orders, but he was just that attractive, thorough, and pleasant that it had to be acknowledged. And my Mexican Pizza was great too

Didn't purchase anything due to poor customer service. Completely ignored when entered an Kios was tied up. Tried to place order at counter due to Kios still tied up an had to be at work. Everyone working drive thru and food nobody standing on front counter. Then RUDELY I was told I had to order on Kios after standing waiting 10 minutes or more before finally acknowledged...Customer Service skills GREATLY NEEDED.....
