Exceptional customer service! The place is super clean and Mrs. Gwen was incredibly helpful with my order, and they're incredibly welcoming! It was so refreshing to be met with such hospitality after our long drive thank you so much Mrs. Gwen!

Ordered loaded nachos, third time it is not been complete. It is so dry without the red sauce no guacamole very little cheese that is not edible. Tried calling to see if I could get the items that were not included and of course they do not answer the phone and you cannot submit an inquiry online because it doesn’t work.

Skip this stop if in town or on a road trip passing thru! The drive thru was the worst service I've had in 25 years of going to Taco Bell. The person trying to take the order, and the manager could not understand basic orders and one modification- no tortilla (I'm gluten-free). The person ahead of us took 5+ minutes to explain and reexplain their order and visually were agitated. Then we pulled up and found out why. They didn't tell me my total, so I said "hello" after a while, and they said, "Welcome to Taco Bell ..." I said that it was still me, I didn't get a total nor told to pull ahead, so I had no idea if they understood the order. Pulled up to the window, no apology or explanation of their incompetence. Had to explain the no tortilla part again (4th time). Then the food was subpar. What was I expecting at that point, though? The loaded beef nachos had one chip with beans- out of 3 orders of them. My two cheesy bean and rice burritos with no tortillas (in bowls) were gross. The beans were still powdered and inedible. Again, skip this stop if in town or on a road trip passing thru!

Had a interview here and the manager didnt want too interview me she told me too reschedule it i told her i couldn’t drove 30min away she didnt care. She was very unprofessional she had a attitude she didnt even acknowledge me she was talking through a worker

The overwhelming smell of weed smoke coming from inside the restaurant in the drive thru window was definitely not a good look I see why service is so slow and food was poorly prepared .

I ordered black bean grilled cheese burrito in the deluxe box through Taco Bell mobile app to pick up from drive through. And they still gave me beef burrito. I did not update anything in order and seems like they are messing my order on purpose.

Night manager Asia is very rude and should not be a manager with the attitude that she has. I placed an online order and and they didn’t have everything I ordered and I was told I could substitute something that was less than what I ordered and when I asked her about it, she closed the window and walked off which was very rude and I can ask what I want when it’s concerning my order and after that I didn’t want any of the food and asked for a refund al together which an employee stated I can go online and ask for a refund and I asked her full name and she stated Kesha and I heard an employee say Asia and if you lie about your name, I won’t bring my service back and definitely don’t want you fixing my food which she kept going to the back
