Rude bad service can’t even make orders right and then when you call with your receipt after two days of them, not answering the phone, they want to tell you they can’t do anything without the food and the receipt when I called the exact night my order was made in incorrectly and could not get a hold of anyone. Tried the next day in the same thing. Do not give them your money.

Came here to pick up dinner as we were on day 1 of our roadtrip and 12 hours in. Ordered ahead on app and chose this location bc better reviews than the one closest to hotel. No sauce, no straws, no napkins. Worse — a hair in my Crunchwrap 🤮. Not the way to end 12 hours of driving and just a disappointment overall.

Delivery or not. They keep on messing up a lot of order self, mind and I gave them 3 tries on 3 different days.

The first one, they just threw my order in there and it was a pick up. So it looked like everything was thrown in there.

The second one, was a online order. And that order was all the way wrong, including. My cantina chicken bowl having no chicken or rice.It was mostly vegetarian and have no avocado, But yet they put chicken on my chicken Quesadilla

It was reported but all they did was Ten percent off 10+ Like I would spend that much just to get $1 off.

My third and final one was another online order. My avocado ranch soft taco was very soggy, but it barely had any sauce.
And I ordered a avocado saucepack but it's not there

This location by itself, no other location has messed up my order. I'm not sure what's going on in there to wear.My order looks like it's been poorly made and thrown in there.
I would like to hear the excuse for why it always looks like that Over $30 wasted on this location.

Placed an order for pickup @ 2:35 pm asked for my bread extra crispy.. it was😍 food was hot , fresh and the cashier was very sweet gave me a cup of water off this extremely hot day

This establishment is unprofessional. The workers are rude and don't need to work in customer service of any kind.
I placed an order for Nacho Bell Grande with extra meat, which I did get. The employee that spoke stated he was the manager. He stated that they had to becareful on how much meat they give to customers. The problem was that there was no meat on my food barely and I paid for the extra meat. This idiot told me to bring back to Taco Bell at night,then when ask for his name he hung up in my face. I know workers can get overwhelmed and they were busy. But this manager at the taco bell on Riverdale has the worst employees i have ever experienced. They are uneducated people and the owners of this taco bell to fire every employee in that place. They took my money and gave me poor service. Please avoid this Taco Bell!!!! AT ALL COST. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

The two crutch wraps I ordered was thrown together, and it was spilling around and flat. The four cheese rice burritos I ordered was really dry and no flavor. The soft tacos was not bright. It was wet and sun was dry. It wasn’t like the last time I ordered, don’t know what’s going on. The owner needs to know about it.
