Let me just say give these people a raise asap. I have been a Taco Bell customer my entire life but this one right here tops them all. I was nicely greeted, food was amazing, a problem came up with the card scanner and instead of saying sorry and not doing anything they resolved the issue quick and got it rolling again. Everyone has this stigma around fast food and how it’s the bottom of the workforce but that is far from the case. When you have good people doing good work it makes all the difference. Real recognize real and these folks are real.

Were out of fries and didn't inform me. Just left me sitting in lobby. When I went to inquire about my order after waiting about 30 minutes. Then they told me they were out of fries. The manager was rude and didn't want to give me my sub and the rest of my order.

I got the food home before I realized the order was incorrect. Also, it's like they forgot the ingredients in the tacos. I had a whole head of lettuce but was missing the meat.
