Food wasn’t hot and I found sum that looks to be meat but it also look like cardboard a flat piece of something was in my burrito I ordered off the $7 lux box and that’s why people do not like to eat out no more due to arrive is trash and they do not care how they put the food together to the consumers. Real sad I must say I almost vomit when I seen that in my burrito cause why is it flat the meat not even flat. I did not order steak strips and the steak strips not even flat so what is that. I’m never in my life going there I don’t care if I’m starving.

They got my food wrong two days in a row. Literally gave my food to a door dasher and they had to come back too. The next day, I ordered the exact same thing. I called to get my order fixed and the manager called back being extremely rude. I contacted corporate.
The food was ok I ordered a burrito with no beans and it was loaded with beans. They even put a sticker on it saying no beans, so I was only able to eat the taco and cinnamon twist
This is the location on Perkins and American way. No matter which taco bell I go to, the night crew is just horrible. I had to repeat my order 4 times at the drive thru because they were too busy giggle and laughing about something. I go to pay and the total she tells me is different from what was stated at the drive thru. I look at the receipt and only half my order is on it. Then I have to repeat my oder again. Then had to sit and hold up the other 2 cars behind me as we go thru each order individually to make sure they prepared it right. It's different if the place is busy but when the place is empty and they can't get nothing right, that's a problem.
