Everything is so terribly slow. I ordered a mobile order for drive through and waited 40 minutes. when I got in line, there were 4 cars in front of me not moving for 15 of those 40 minutes. Idk if they're understaffed or just don't care, but it's ridiculous

1/4 of my meal was inedible as it was super hard, which is crazy as they were supposed to be soft (cheesy street tacos). The guy taking orders didn't even know what a cheesy street taco was as I had to ask him about them multiple times, but he did make sure that my fries were fresh. ? While I was at the window in the drive thru, I could hear an angry customer inside the store. I don't know why he/she was angry, but I would be too if I noticed that my food was horrible before they closed. ? Definitely wouldn't recommend coming to this location!

I ordered a fiesta potato, a supreme nacho , and a chicken bowl …,,,, why these mfers give me a cup of cheese and sour cream!!!!!!!!!! NO FAWKING POTATOES!!! Then I open the nacho WHERE IS THE SUPREME!! WHERE IS THE MEAT ?? then hung up in my face when I called and asked them to remake it

If I could zero stars I would. I am the store manager for Pepboys and sent my employee to get food. Well first things first I ordered a cantina bowl and with extra rice and avacodo ranch. Well he brought the food back and was not done correctly. Also he gave them 100$ bill and was giving the incorrect change back and the lady up front tried to say she didn’t. Idk if they were trying to be sneaky or what but dishonesty is not gonna take you anywhere. Please do better or yall will loose all business from me and my employees.
