I was already having a bad day and this made it worse. I only ordered two cantina tacos and both were burnt. Now I'm at work with no food and hungry and cant go anywhere else. I had to break it in half to eat the other side. First time going not going back. shameful

DO NOT WASTE UR TIME AND MONEY.

Asked for Doritos taco supreme but got some shitty tacos with only lettuce and cheese, and soggy shell at the bottom. Asked for mild sauce and got no sauce.

beware of how you will be treated as a customer. rarely do i have an experience so bad that i choose to take the time to write a review and decide to drive away empty handed when i haven’t eaten anything since the morning. nobody expects cheerful customer service from taco bell or even high quality food (we know what we’re paying for), but to have a drive through worker take out their anger on you and raise their voice when you have been nothing but respectful is a whole other thing. I have worked in food service for years and had just gotten off a 7 hour drive thru shift outside myself with no breaks (freezing cold) and was already at an emotional breaking point myself. I understand the internet being down and only being able to take exact cash is so so stressful on a worker, but this particular worker snapped at me and gave me an attitude just because I misheard her question through the menu board. I know the expectations of kindness and empathy towards guests in this business are nonexistent, but i had more professionalism as a guest to calmly say no thank you and drive away after being disrespected than she did. Said a prayer for her and hope she finds a job where she can be the gift that she is rather than making other service workers miserable. i know this review won’t affect anything in the grand scheme of things, but i needed some closure since i was not about to be mean and nasty back. Embarrassing that the customer has to be the bigger person than a grown worker.

Came in to order and was told they didn’t have a cash drawer so I couldn’t order .. and only could order from kiosk… this is where convenience turns to an inconvenience 😑

I ordered a $7 luxe box in the drive thru at 11:10 pm. After ordering and proceeding forward I notice that the total of my order was $10.09 not $7.90 as usual. I get to the window and convey this discrepancy to the cashier . She IMMEDIATELY lashes out in an accusing manner and proceeds to tell me (the customer) that I ordered a #7 not the $7 box. She even proceeded to tell me that another person heard me order a #7 (which I did not) . I have never ordered a #7 and have no idea what a #7 is.

I have been an almost daily loyal customer and WILL NOT BE BACK! and when I told the Biotch that she can shove it , I mean it. I will not be back. So this will be the 2nd Taco Bell that are CROSSED OUT the other being the one that occupies wasted space at Stage Rd. And Kirby Whitten . Dont waste your time there for . TOTALLY WORTHLESS !

Wow where do I start!! First off, I waited for my wrong order for 10 minutes approximately wasting half my lunch break. 2nd, I ordered two cup of sauce, 1 guacamole and 1 spicy ranch! Both on my Mexican pizza. I didn’t ask for it on my pizza, but as a SIDE. A SIDE. 3rd no ice in the drink machine? And the icing on this cake is I called and was asked if I wanted to come back and get my sauce after I left work tonight? Ticket 140 $19.90 approximately was spent to get a messed up order and that corporate can’t fix due to poor management. No wonder this location has a low rate. Idk if it was the manager I was speaking to at the location but whoever it was they do not have the skill set to be a manager. Asking me what time I get off work and asked if I wanted to come back and pick up my sauces at the close of my day. Sure after I have comaumed my messed up lunch and I’m tired and ready to go home…NOT! Hey dude, I found my sauces I asked for…ON MY MESSED UP MEXICAN PIZZA! I call corporate to complain about my order and experience. WAAAAY OVER HER THEIR HEAD!! Wow just wow! A free a la carte item…AFTER I SPENT 20 bucks…NO WAY! Got to do better than that. This was a joke! Never will I go to any Taco Bell again. Poor management, poor service and no ice!
