Put a pick up order in through the app. Just about everything we had customized and this TB did a phenomenal job. Not one thing was messed up! We had a bit of a wait but the food was on point and delish.

First of all the service was amazing. The food was fresh . We got all of our sauces and items fresh and the window service had everything set out and was nice with service. Around 6 pm good shift .

sat in long line tonight just to get to box to make my order and they only taking uber or door dash orders total waste of time sitting in line and you cant get out line you have wait till cars in front you move through line bad service

This one ain't it. They need to pay their workers better or something. I haven't had a good experience at this one. The food has always been okay and it seems like the workers are doing their best with what they have, but the last time I went they only had one cook. The drive thru was so backed up and there wasn't any communication. I felt so sorry for everyone working there. Noone deserves to be in that situation.

Arrived 15+ minutes after the scheduled opening time. Doors locked, nobody around, no response at drive-thru.

Understand being understaffed, but not opening on time?

Making everyone wait in line in the drive thru to artificially reduce their drive through times actually increases the amount of time each customer is in the drive thru.
