If I could give this place 1 star I would I waited almost 15 minutes for my order employees had no sense of urgency I was the only customer in the inside and maybe 2 cars came thru the drive while I was waiting to get my order. 1 other time I came to this location they said they was taking only door dash orders, I know the General manager can’t be aware of the terrible service his/her team is doing if I could give this place 0 stars I would

So I order me some Taco Bell then when I tried to pay for it it didn’t let me it took all my money off of my card then didn’t even give it back I HATE Taco Bell I’m never going there Again.

The first two times I went the food was perfect BUT THIS LAST TIME I WENT, I ALMOST Wanted to go to the ER to make sure I wasn't given poison. The Mexican pizza was sloppy but Hot and tasted REALLY REALLY WEIRD. AND NASTY‼️‼️‼️ SAFE TO SAY I WONT BE VISITING TACO BELL ON THOMAS ST RVER

Service suck, the cashier Moesha was rude with a attitude, slow ass hell, food look like it was just drawn together, hell soft taco barely got meat on it got more lettuces then anything on it, and etc …
So obviously this location has new management and I’m here for it! Food is fresh and delicious, the customer service has really improved!!! The only Taco Bell I go to and frequently. Mya at the window was so perky and nice and really everyone I’ve encountered has some good customer service!!! Bout time
