So I order me some Taco Bell then when I tried to pay for it it didn’t let me it took all my money off of my card then didn’t even give it back I HATE Taco Bell I’m never going there Again.

The first two times I went the food was perfect BUT THIS LAST TIME I WENT, I ALMOST Wanted to go to the ER to make sure I wasn't given poison. The Mexican pizza was sloppy but Hot and tasted REALLY REALLY WEIRD. AND NASTY‼️‼️‼️ SAFE TO SAY I WONT BE VISITING TACO BELL ON THOMAS ST RVER

So obviously this location has new management and I’m here for it! Food is fresh and delicious, the customer service has really improved!!! The only Taco Bell I go to and frequently. Mya at the window was so perky and nice and really everyone I’ve encountered has some good customer service!!! Bout time

I work every day in the neighborhood and eat lunch here at least once a week. This is easily the best fast food service I have experienced since moving to Memphis 6 months ago. The staff are always pleasant and polite, the orders fast and accurate, and the manager (whom I've spoken to about their exemplary service) clearly takes pride in his operation.
I don't always leave glowing reviews for fast food joints, but these folks really try to get it right every time. I wish more places would follow suit.

OMG!! This particular Taco Bell in Frayser, always serves great food. I mean the chicken Tacos were absolutely delicious. My friend got them and she's still talking about how delicious they were. Great job Frayser Taco Bell on Thomas St. My grandchildren love Taco Bell.
