I would definitely not recommend this location. The employee at the drive through answered but had my family waiting over 10 minutes before even responding to us. My husband began to place his order and the employee cut him off before he could fully get a sentence out. He requested a chapula and the employee cut him off saying they were out. He asked what items do you have and the employee stated everything else but chapulas. He began to order again and the employee stated everything that he was ordering they are not doing. Basically you had an employee sitting on the clock refusing to do her job but getting paid to do nothing. If Taco Bell cares about their profits the first thing they should do is get rid of unreliable workers that are generating a profit loss. I would never go back to this location and would not advise anyone who wants food to go to this particular location. This experience was definitely the worst.
That man last night was definitely mad about something. Nothing like the other lady I had a month ago. It was about 8pm. I think it's really sad that people patronize the business and get poor service.

Soft tacos are always soggy, at time the soft shell are hard around the end. Drinks are bad only one drink customers can get. Drive thru omg they take an order then you hold, then you pay, then you pull back to keep timer down wait then you pull up again. At this rate food should discounted. Managers have attitudes when bringing the order back if it's wrong. I mean the damn Frayser location needs a team that's clean and friendly, at least open the inside during rush hour. Your closed most of the day and the ring orders up front to make it seems as if you're open. This is the saddest restaurant by far. I go at times just because my kids like the freezes when it works.
While the town gets a bad rap, the people and food at this location are doing a great job. Always very friendly, and I've yet to have an order made incorrectly.

Absolute worst tacos Ive ever bought! I took one bite and decided to throw the entire meal away; i havent eaten all day and was really looking forward to this. I am never going back and I will do anything in my power to keep other people away from this place!
