I went last night around 840pm. The lady instantly get on the speaker saying I can’t take your order my screen is down. I had a mobile order so she was like okay, I’ll check. Well I finally get it I confirm 3 times my drink is ZERO sugar as I ordered it. My daughter is a diabetic, it infact WASNT zero sugar as she told me. And gave me a regular one! My daughter sugar is high ash do to this. So if you are a diabetic I’d be sure to go inside and skip the drive thru. Which was very careless of them! I ordered 2 of the ices that were the dream flavors I got 2 regular ices. The fries I ordered was cold as he!! And no season on them. I. Ordered 6 tacos and they were soggy, nasty, and uneatable just like the dang fries ! I wasted almost $40.00 on this food to not even be able to eat it!!

I swear this location has the worse service. They hired nothing but teens and they are running this store to the ground. I fail to realize how you can be so cocky and mess up an order more than twice and on multiple occasions. The GM needs to crackdown with the quickness! If I could give NO STARS I would.
I ordered on the mobile app to receive welcome rewards. I ordered free burrito. My tortilla tasted like it had dirt on it. I did go inside the store to pick up my order. I asked for a cup of water. Young lady gave me a big cup of water with a smile. Make up your mind if you're going to be right or wrong.

We did drive-thru. There was no acknowledgement of our presence. We thought the place was closed and was about to drive off when the person yelled they would be right with us
It could have been a whole lot better than it was. The cheese sauce that I had was old. The chips were old and stale. Taco Bell is one of my favorite restaurants, but if I continue to get food like this, I have to find myself a new favorite restaurant.
Employee Jessica said she had just started after getting smart because I asked what came with a certain meal because I couldn't see it (due to blurry vision from a disability). Manager confirmed that Jessica was lying and had worked there for a while. Manager also got her off of the drive thru took my order and reassured me that everything would be fine. Shout out to her manager. Jessica should be fired asap or on toilet duty because she's an all over rude and inconsiderate person and probably just as ugly as her attitude

Took 35 minutes to get food and they never told me until a while later that the coffee machine was broken, they don't know how to do their jobs, one of the workers mothers have their kids in the lobby, my worst fast food experience , never going to taco bell again after this

food was so nasty my cheese wasn't melted they was rude I stood at the counter 10 to 15 minutes before they took my money I ordered and my food was terrible workers had the kids running around the restaurant employees standing around on the phones foul language was used I'll never go back there again I was asking employees a question about a box she didn't no the answer to nothing I was asking and the manager walked right pass and she was on the phone
