This is disgusting. They have stolen my money 3 times because the application does not give them the order that I paid today, Wednesday, July 16, 2025. They did the same thing to me again. I lost $30.06. I paid for 10 Doritos tacos and some chips with cheese.

I brought two Mexican pizza combos. It comes with two supreme tacos and a drink. My Mexican pizza barely had meat on it. Omg! The tacos shells was stale and hard to chew. I couldn’t taste the meat and sour cream was barely on the taco. Omg! It was just a squirt of sour cream in the middle of the taco 🌮. The taste of the meat had no flavor that made the tacos taste nasty. My husband paid for extra meat and his pizza looked flat. Me and my husband was very disappointed with our food and they didn’t give us forks to eat with. This is sad to be treated this way as a customer, we were on our way home from shopping. We decided to stop at Taco Bell on Frasyer Blvd.to buy hot fresh food to take home relax and eat. Food was not hot and not fresh.🌮We was given stale shells instead. This is so not fair at all! Some people just don’t care about the Quality of food anymore.Hire people that care about happy customers. Serving cold food can make someone sick. Really! I’m disappointed!😟Taco Bell please do better next time. This was a waste of our money and time. 😟
The parking lot was clean and inside the drivethru appeared clean and drink station.

My Food was amazing it was just the manger (I'm going to assume) Shameka attitude was horrible I came and originally went to the kiosk to order but on the kiosk they don't have an option to make my freeze a large so i ask the Caucasian girl who was very nice by the way and respectful can i order on front counter so she ask Shameka could i Shameka starts yelling no she can order on the kiosk what she needs to order on front counter for then the girl explains why Shameka then comes to the kiosk with an attitude and says finish the order and the girl can modify and help you pay on front counter i feel like she should have just said that in the beginning instead of getting all loud and rude that's what your front counter is for to take orders on then other employees come in and they force everyone to go to the kiosk and they all are now just standing there asking do anyone needs help at the kiosk and orders were coming out slow very unprofessional

I went last night around 840pm. The lady instantly get on the speaker saying I can’t take your order my screen is down. I had a mobile order so she was like okay, I’ll check. Well I finally get it I confirm 3 times my drink is ZERO sugar as I ordered it. My daughter is a diabetic, it infact WASNT zero sugar as she told me. And gave me a regular one! My daughter sugar is high ash do to this. So if you are a diabetic I’d be sure to go inside and skip the drive thru. Which was very careless of them! I ordered 2 of the ices that were the dream flavors I got 2 regular ices. The fries I ordered was cold as he!! And no season on them. I. Ordered 6 tacos and they were soggy, nasty, and uneatable just like the dang fries ! I wasted almost $40.00 on this food to not even be able to eat it!!

I swear this location has the worse service. They hired nothing but teens and they are running this store to the ground. I fail to realize how you can be so cocky and mess up an order more than twice and on multiple occasions. The GM needs to crackdown with the quickness! If I could give NO STARS I would.
I ordered on the mobile app to receive welcome rewards. I ordered free burrito. My tortilla tasted like it had dirt on it. I did go inside the store to pick up my order. I asked for a cup of water. Young lady gave me a big cup of water with a smile. Make up your mind if you're going to be right or wrong.
