10:25 pm.......I want to send a BIG TIME shout out to the night shift at Taco Bell Elvis Presley Winchester. There wasn't a line, I ordered my food, I got to the window. The drive-thru gentleman was focused on making sure things were correct. When I received my order just as I specified it everything was done to a tee being that I am allergic to sour cream allergy. So alagain a BIG BIG TIME shout out to those workers up in there right now thank you for making my meal pleasant 💯🫵🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I asked for a grill stuff steak burrito it was 7 dollars and change. I pulled off hoping it was right just to bite into it and they had giving me a beefy burrito with barely melted cheese. I went back to exchange it and the man at the drive through guaranteed it was right just for me to gt home and the meat was looking a bit red and I still had Fritos rice and sour cream in it but none of that supposed to be in the steak burrito. At this point I clearly should’ve just at at home due to them not being able to get it right.

I'm in a semi truck and can't go through the drive thru. I called and asked if I placed a mobile order if they would just hand it to me through the door. Apparently the manager told the guy no. When I asked why stating that they were the only thing open, he hung up on me. I have spent the day broke down with nothing to eat, when I finally get ready to shut down for the night I can't find anything open to eat at except Taco Bell. I'm livid with the amount of disrespect. Especially since I order Taco bell about every other day.
Update: the taco bell at 4330 Elvis Presley Blvd was more than willing to let me get my food from the door. Thankful for them helping me out, but this location needs to learn better service.
