They cook the food entirely too fast at this food truck. I asked for a crispy quesadilla and all I got was a burnt one with chicken on the inside. I will not be returning i can half cook my own food for $20.
This is decent food truck but unfortunately just like all the others the food was high quality, high service, great portions, fair pricing ...everything. but now since they opened more trucks they've become commercial-like. Quality declining, prices significantly increased, food, service, atmosphere r all going down. I miss when there was only one, two, even three trucks. I agree with another review stating the quesadillas are soggy. Additionally, there was waaaay too much cheese, probably one of the reasons they were soggy. I had to open them up and take some of the cheese out so my family would eat them.
