The Birria Ramen is the BEST!!! This location is absolute best in the city too! The service is always exceptional! The team is always so friendly and they remember exactly what we order and how we order everytime!! We chose to sit in the patio area and eat since the weather was so nice! Kids were playing in the games area and all the seating areas were nice and clean! They are my go to at least twice a week!!!

food was absolutely phenomenal The employees were very professional, kind, and courteous. Our food was fresh and came out at a reasonable time with a reasonable cost will definitely be eating here again anytime I’m in the area
Parking: this is a food truck with an outdoor eating area typically they are located in large parking lots this one, however has its own little spot right off of Poplar Avenue
Wheelchair accessibility: this is a wide open area

I used to love this business, Taconganas is so sneaky, if you see most cashiers do not report their cash unless you ask for a receipt.
I had a conversation at Walmart with one of the employees and they stated that management treats them like thieves because "someone" was stealing at one of the locations, (an excuse used to cover their evasion). Otherwise, that would've been applied to all cashiers.
Someone needs to fill 3949 form cause that business makes enough money to be covering taxes and don't look good neither since the owner is a church pastor!
I will interview some cashiers and get more information to compare stories and get this on the news. Because they had an investigation for mistreating their employees.

Terrible service. They say they open at 10 and there is no food. Bad attention. Avoid going!!!!
Nice, hot, authentic Mexican food.
Kid-friendliness: Their various locations offer corhole games and large "Connect Four" puzzles for children and adults. Really nice touch.

Enjoyed a few street tacos and would highly recommend TacoNGanas if you're in the area hungry for some taco truck style Mexican food.
I tried a few of the TacoNGanos specialty tacos and enjoyed the al pastor most with the carne asada closely behind while the pollo variant was good but didn't quite compare. Seasoning on the well chopped meats was just right, not overly salty, and still let the house green salsa stand out (a moderately spicy salsa).
All that should be expected from any good taco but the specialty part is oil dipped and fried fresh hard shell corn tortillas. The meat portions are bigger than typical street tacos and the melty cheese with with dried peppers inside are topped with fresh onion and cilantro. It's all very good together with good crunch textures mixed with tender meat and cheese covered condiments. If you like a little extra crunch and ample scoop of curtido is on the side if like the crunch of some fermented cabbage.
I am looking forward to trying out some more on the menu.
Other notes:
It's a taco truck with an outdoor eating experience so expect to be only as comfortable as weather permits and there are no bathrooms on site.
Kid-friendliness: Connect four and corn hole games on site

4 bucks for a taco is crazy.

Every thing was delicious. I get the Asada Tacos. Way too much cheese for me. But still 10 outta 10 would recommend.

Got the TacoNganas barbacoa no cilantro, no onion. Just a little sprinkle of salt and a few drops of lime.
My wife got the asada. Meat was perfect, not too wet, not too dry.
Make sure you grab extra napkins, you'll need them.
They have Jarritos and "Mexican" (pure cane sugar) Coke.
Bueno.

This place is awesome!! We ordered delivery. It was so tasty. It was delivered hot and yummy. They pay great attention to detail with sauces, forks and napkins. The flavors are melt in mouth with gooey cheese. We ordered ours extra crispy. We got the Pastor N Ganos. We will definitely return. 5 stars all day.
