Look, being a Cali native and Mexican, I know a thing or two when it comes to my peoples' food lol. Nuff said. To that extent, I'm a huge foodie so I love all sorts of food and have had variations of Mexican food from several different countries; my palate can attest to that. So, with all that being said -- this place serves pretty solid Mexican food. I've tried margarita storm, charlie browns, and a few others. They all have their merits, and honestly, most of these places charge an arm and a leg for a damn taco. lol So give these guys a break. Overall, the food in my experience at least, has tasted great. Service was pretty good too; it's a small place, but they've recently moved to a new location which I love. Their pricing isn't bad, like at all lol. And their taco tuesay, don't even get me started on the variety you get from this place. It's awesome. Their horchata, not bad. Beer selection, also not bad. Overall, this place isn't bad at all. Now, is the best? hmmm, perhaps not, but it meets my needs and I'm happy with that tbh. If you want gourmet mexican food in thailand, expect to pay accordingly.

I ate at the restaurant 3-4 times living in the On Nut area and ordered delivery many more times. In fact, I invited a group of Thai friends who never tried traditional Mexican food to introduce them to real Mexican food. The owner is from Mexico and knows what Mexican food (not Tex-Mex [very good] or Cal-Mex [gross]) tastes like. The spices are right, the taste is right, and the servers were very friendly. Sure, he might not be able to get all the ingredients from Mexico, and I don't recall any pork dishes (.e.g tacos al pastor), but every plate I tried, various tacos, enchiladas, and quesadillas -- were spot on. Following my recommendations, all my Thai friends were very pleased with their first taste of Mexican food. This is my goto place for Mexican food in Bangkok. I lived in Mexico a few years, speak fluent Spanish, and I am from San Antonio, Texas: I am Mexican food certified, and I am telling you this is good Mexican food.
