Love the frozen yogurt, just plain chocolate and vanilla swirled. Always good. Only 4 stars this time because I got a shake for the first time, good, but came with a standard width straw and it took forever to draw up through.

Has really been going downhill. Last three visits they consistently never have basic flavors like vanilla or chocolate available. Even when it indicates flavors are available online, they are rarely available in store. We used to go here on a weekly basis, but it has gotten so bad that now it is not worth the drive.

I called to see if they were open since I'd missed the turn in and parked in the Captain D's lot next door, and the person who answered the phone was very terse with me. I also witnessed a car sitting at the drive thru window with no one attending to it the entire time that I was parked. I don't know what's going on here, but it doesn't seem like they want any business right now.

I was overcharged and the cashier did not apologize for it or seem thrilled to correct her mistake. She also walked away without fulfilling my entire order and got my first order wrong. There were no other customers in the store at the time but the customer service was pretty bad.

I've been missing out. ? So Baskin Robbins and TCBY are literally across the street from each other. I've always went to Baskin Robbins. One day, I just decided to make a left turn and not a right and pull up at TCBY. And OH MY GOOOOOOD ??? Why didn't anyone tell me I was foolish for turning my back on this gem for all these years? Too, I want to note the toppings are never stale. Who wants brick hard gummies on their mango yogurt? Exactly. TCBY understands this dilemma. Ugh. If you've never tried TCBY, please do so ASAP. Yum!
Really good! Got a shiver with Reece’s and it came with lots of candy that was actually mixed in. Much better than most McDonald’s or sonic, and the frozen yogurt makes it a little healthier.

All the soft serve options weren't available as show per the website, which I think is a little disappointing. But other than that, the yogurt is always yummy, and the toppings are fresh and good. The menu lists all they do have available, so there may not be a way to properly prepare before you go for faster ordering, but you can adequately choose once there. The staff was professional and patient.
