Our waitress was great. I had a steak my wife had a grilled pork chop. The grill evidently had not been cleaned because we both had an after taste hours after we had eaten. The only good thing about our visit to the Texas Roadhouse was the hot rolls and butter. While we were eating a "roach" crawled across our table and disappeared behind the booth and wall. My wife was ready to leave but before we left I asked the waitress to send the manager over to our table. We told her about the roach she responded thanks for telling her and left. Will be the last time that we eat at this location on New Brunswick Rd in Germantown, TN. This was a waste of $60.

Got a ribeye at the location close to Germantown parkway and it was the worse steak I ever tasted..... The horn lake location is the best one to go to , I'll make the longer drive to it next time

Better not want rolls.......Overall they are trying. Foods usually good. Only Texas Roadhouse I've ever eaten at where rolls are always delayed by 10-20 minutes AFTER you sit down.

The food and drinks were as expected from a Texas Roadhouse; they were solidly decent. The specific reason I rated them a 3 instead of a 4 was for one specific reason: they don't answer the phone.... Frustrating. I was bringing in a party of 7 for Dinner this past week and had some specific questions for the restaurant. I literally called them 8 times over 3 days and they never picked up. When we arrived for Dinner, we were told it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait, I explained that I had been calling them for days and asked if their phone was down, they said "nope, it's working fine". That's where it got fun for me. We proceeded to the lobby to wait for our table. With the hostest stand in view from the lobby, I decided to call them. I was on hold for the entire 20 minutes while waiting for our table and a human never picked up the call.....and no one at the hoestes stand seem to motion as if the phone were ringing. Very interesting. I would go back for dinner, but I certainly wouldn't try to call them.

The host at the door was less than friendly and could not leave her nose piercing alone. We were seated quickly having used the app to get on the wait list. Once seated our server was very friendly. We had to ask for silverware and were told they only had plastic ware because "the" person who rolls the silverware didn't come in today. So do they only have one person to do that? The way the server reacted to this question was like because there was only plastic ware available, we might not want any. Well, we were eating in the restaurant so we were going to need something. Then we ordered the potato skin appetizer, and they didn't have any and yet we, along with others, ordered baked potatoes. Can they not make them from the baked potatoes? Then the coke we ordered tasted like carbonation only. And the steak was over done to the point it tasted burnt and we had to remind the server that we were waiting on it to be cooked again. Also, all of the smaller booths across from us were being used as storage. One table was holding the food trays, one table had stacks of the plastic ware, and another had the beverage pitchers.
Forgot childs sippy cup yesterday and after waiting 10mins to talk an employee the girl I spoke with was very rude and said they didn’t have it.Meaning it was thrown out.Also; My chicken was over cooked and husbands steak was under cooked.?????

Our waitress, Kenthyia, was excellent!! She took amazing care of us! We dined in on a saturday night during dinner and it was very busy, but we were in and out in a little over an hour! Great time, great food!
