Went in for quick bite while running errands. Food was excellent!!! Restaurant very clean!! Ash was our server and was on point!!! Friendly, fun, and efficient! We had everything we needed quickly and with a great attitude!!! Thank you for a great experience, Ash!!!

Food was absolutely disgusting. They were out of the tostado nachos and it wasn't even close to closing time when I arrived. On top of that I found a piece of plastic in my loaded mashed potatoes. Took a while for the waitress to come back and check on us to see if we needed anything. Will definitely not be returning.

Wasn't served for over a half hour and, even when we were, they took bar orders and not my food order. Another fifteen minutes and we had to order again... They got them wrong, skimped on drinks (even my Coke that was meant to be a Dr Pepper no ice), and got the wrong burger order though it was cheaper. We just paid, got my to go box, and left. Might go on a lighter night to see if it improves but can't help feeling sour about being ignored and irritated.

Ordered online and picked it up. We got only a half of cup of soup and barely half a salad. It was supposed to be the Chinese chicken salad however it was just lettuce with some chicken. We just had this the other night at the restaurant and it was delicious. I'm so disappointed in what we received for $30. Two half cups of soup and two half salads. Also when someone calls to complain don't try to avoid them and make the wait staff handle what you as a manager should be handling.

The restaurant is dirty, terribly outdated and needs renovation. Service is slow and the food is not good I really don’t have anything good to say about the place. I would not recommend.

Came in around slow hours and our server ignored what we asked for, took fifteen minutes to seat a couple when one was in a wheelchair, and looked miserable. We asked for plates and dressing several times to be ignored. Never coming back to this location!

The only reason I gave a 1 statics because the hostess was so awesome and she made sure that we didn't have a long wait time by busting the table herself. The server was not attentive. We sat down to order food. My wife recieved half of her food cold. And my food never even made it to the table. And they still attempted to charge me for it. And that's not even the worse of the night, but that's all I'm willing to talk about. TGIF in Bartlett on hwy 64 is the absolute worst. Would not recommend. They were so ghetto.

Good food. Today I enjoyed the Chinese Chicken Salad. It was tasteful and filling. I regularly eat at Friday's at WolfChase. It is great and I recommend it 5 stars

From the time I got there until the time I left the service was terrible! The food was great! It was the worst experience I ever had at TGI. The host complained about her pay, her job & other customers! She did this all in front of me. She sat a party that walked in after everyone ahead of everyone because the guest was angry that she had to wait! So she made everyone else feel like we didn’t matter sitting them in front of us! When we finally were seated we were give two menus to share between 6 people! The busboy tried to argue with me when I asked him for menus because my table didn’t have any! He gave a party that was seated after us menus and told us we would have to wait until he finished cleaning the table for us to get our menus! It was completely ridiculous! We ordered drinks ( alcohol ) before we order food and we got our drinks after we finished our food! The hostess kept coming to the table complaining about cleaning the bathroom and then asked if she could refill my cup! Why would I let her do that after she just told me she cleaned the bathroom! Hostess set the tone for the night I had! It was completely disappointing! She was visibly angry, she showed it and voiced it! I didn’t want to stay after we chugged our drinks we left that atmosphere wasn’t welcoming

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible service, in fresh food, and inexperienced management when my family came here today. Very disappointed in the inability to get quality food or drinks in a timely manner, and the manager's inept attitude towards rectifying problematic service and product. Would highly suggest eating anywhere else.
Loved the waitress, however the manager not so much. If I have a complaint about my food, dont immediately assume, I want a discount! No, what I want is for you to understand that you have a problem in the kitchen, so that this problem NEVER, happens again. Or, you could apologize and say, you're as disappointed as I am, then say let me get you something else, or have it remade, ir then put it on house. This is a common problem in the restaurant industry here in Memphis. Everyone seems to accept anything as far as food is concerned. I'm from Chicago, where food quality is NUMBER 1! Because if not, you're business is out of business, in a month! So Fridays do better! Refer to the pics..

TGI Friday's Wolfchase #2569** Cordova, TN I am not sure whyyy this restaurant can't ever get orders right and when you call the store to speak to management they are never there because they had to run to the grocery store to get items needed for the restaurant. Or they never offer a real solution. Worst run restaurant I've ever come across. This is the 2nd order they have messed up and they are so callous about it when you complain like it's your fault. I gave you all a second chance but never again. DO BETTER because you all SUCK!

To start off, when we walked in the hostess right away told us that all the menus were dirty so we had to order off of the to go menus. No big deal but it does make you think that if they're to lazy to clean simple things in the front of the house like the menus how dirty is the kitchen? After being seated and greeted by our waitress we waited about 10 minutes just for our drinks because she forgot about us, they weren't busy at all. The food was subpar especially for what they charge. Won't be returning for awhile.

Time we came: 10:50/11:00 pm Saturday night. We have been sitting here at the bar for like 5 minutes. The woman bartender, who was RIGHT in front of us, did not acknowledge us AT ALL. No, "how are you" or "Someone will be right with you" or nothing. She was cleaning glasses. I didn't see her later, so I assumed she was getting off. The male bartender with dreads did not acknowledge us either. He later acknowledged who I was with because he knew her, but that just let me know that while behind the bar, he wasn't even trying to look up and acknowledge patrons because he would've spoken earlier. One man with AirPods in his ears came over and assisted, finally. He wiped down the bar top, which was nasty, and gave us menus. He was friendly. Tried to order traditional wings - out of them Ordered Pot stickers. They weren't done- still cold. He took them off the ticket. The Mozzarella sticks were hot, good. Presentation-wise, they didn't have the same plate/look as they used to. I ordered a chicken quesadilla from the appetizer Menu. A few minutes later, the waiter came back and stated they were out of them. I told him not to worry about it. My mango henny lemonade was good, though. Crushed ice comes in it. I didn't bother to order another one, though, or more food- because I was about done at this point. Based on the reviews, I see that over the years this place has gone downhill and I'm not looking forward to coming back. It was just a late night option.

Just dont go to this location. It is awful and thats being nice. Ive tried it FOUR times and each time it has gotten worse. Today my noodles were not done. It was like the dipped them in the boiling water then took them out immediately after. So they pretty cold. Then our waitress never checked on us. I would understand if it was a packed house but it was maybe five other people there. The only reason I gave this place two stars instead of one is because the breadsticks were good as well as the blue raspberry lemonade.
