The Ribs feel off the bone and melt in ur mouth the glazed sauce was amazing sweet and very delicious and also if u r looking for a another great taste try the dry rub ribs very smoky also falls off the bone. The spaghetti BBQ was excellent and very tangy taste and very unique experience and would try again. Jerry(JT) our waiter was great very personable and took excellent care of us. I would recommend him if u want excellent service.

Really good ribs. Got half sauced and half rib rubbed ribs and they slapped. Unique cold slaw and good beans as well. Super good Texas toast.

It’s much better bbq spots around. Please don’t waste you time ordering turkey sandwich, I was served lunch meat quality and unseasoned. Don’t bother to listen to server spill about the best ribs. I’ll return to Cozy Corner and spend less for better quality. I mentioned to the server how bad the turkey was and he didn’t even bother to seem concerned.

The food was amazing. Service is really slow. I'm talking about where we were there, probably 2 hours, and didn't have our food after the first hour, slow. Our drinks sat empty for a long time. So long that I put my empty cup at the end of the table to politely get their attention. It didn't work. When we finally got our food, they noticed our empty glasses and refilled them. Then, we sat again waiting for a box and the check. I doubt we ate for 15 minutes.I will probably be back if they do to-go orders. The food was awesome. I was surprised. I never would have picked a BBQ place. My dad wanted to try it, and I'm glad he did!Also, when food was delivered, they only gave me my entre. They left the sides in the kitchen. I didn't ask for them because my mom didn't like her slaw (so I ate it), and she wasn't going to eat all of her toast (so I took a piece). No telling how long it would have taken if I had asked for my sides.So again, amazing food. Slow service.

With so many choices & even more opinions, being from out of town & narrowing in on the one BBQ spot to try in Memphis is a daunting task. So glad I chose this place. Ribs have been my litmus test at spots across the country & the folks at BBQ Shop just aced it. Beautifully smoked, you can actually taste the rub which legit enhances the flavor, plus you have the option of "glazed." Did 1/2 dry (which is a serious misnomer, so moist) & 1/2 glazed. Again, the rub is a standout on the "dry" & if you enjoy honey sweet ribs the glaze is for you. Before I knew it, slabs were down & I needed a nap. Also, out of 100's I've tried, their house sauce is 1 of only 3 I'd recommend actually using.

It was alright. The manager sat us down and told us how to order the ribs properly, "dry or glazed". Then, after getting some beers and waiting around for about 15 minutes, the bartender finally took our order...but guess what? They were out of ribs...the one thing we came for. I understand supply chain issues but to set us up and then wait that long tell us? Aggravating. We got some pork sandwiches and they were decent.
When I learned there was such a thing as bbq spaghetti, and this was the home of it, we had to visit. Like was out the door on a Saturday night. Service was slow, but staff were nice. Food is excellent! I would come back. Well worth the wait.

We were driving through Memphis and decided to stop for lunch for some barbeque.The food was overall pretty good. We ordered the brisket sandwich with French fries and pork sandwich with a side of bbq spaghetti. When in Memphis? The bbq sauce is very good, a little tangy and smoky. The bbq spaghetti I would recommend ordering to try, but I don’t think I’d order it again. It was a little oily which I found really unpleasant on my lips, but the flavor was good. The actual meat was smoky but not the best we’ve ever had. We’ve lived in Kansas City so have pretty high standards.The service was fairly subpar. Took a while to be greeted and seated, and it took a while to get our food. We weren’t in a hurry but it could have been better.If we were driving through Memphis again, we will probably stop somewhere else, but we are glad we tried it.

I would eat here every day if I could. My boyfriend has taken me a few times since I first came to visit last November and I can't get enough of it. He gets the ribs and I get the bbq sandwich and we get the pie, too. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu though. I will be sad when I move away and may have to just keep making trips back just for bar-b-q shop!Parking: Small lot around the back but it's worth the hunt for parking if you can't get one of the spots around the back!
