Unfortunately with them being understaffed the service wasn't that great, however I could tell that even with staffing issues, they were really trying to accommodate us. They were out of alot of the drink options but the food was good and I wouldn't count them out yet. They just need a little help. I'll return at a later date to give them another try.
Overall, I enjoyed this revamp of the blue room. I originally went years ago before the pandemic when it first opened. Since then, they have made significant enhancements. I definitely enjoyed the convenience of it being in the Cordova area as well as the ambiance. The art and music were definitely a plus. I had the pasta, which was fine. It was nothing to write home about; however, it seemed that the night I went, they were understaffed. The bar area was particularly quite slow....
Sean and his team did amazing, going above and beyond for our father's repast. In addition to their professionalism, the food was delicious, the space was beautifully decorated, and the musician, Darryl Jones, added a comforting touch to the atmosphere.
