Brunch on a Sunday - fantastic corned beef Benedict called Eggs Gallaway - however, there was barely any hollandaise in the eggs. The Server/bartender went in the back for awhile, so I went over to the kitchen to get more hollandaise (which was cold). The Chef was also in the back, so while waiting, observed a very messy kitchen w/ rags on the floor, bacon on the floor & an untidy cooking area. There were only three tables full, us included. Besides that, our meals were fantastic & Guinness on tap poured correctly was a bonus!

You know what is great on a seasonally cool Spring day or any other day for that matter? The super sweet and great folks at The Brass Door Irish Pub and some Irish Stew with buttered bread. Thanks guys for being who you are, doing what you do, and being here! Go raibh mile maith agat!

We went to The Brass Door for St. Patrick’s Day and we were not disappointed! We even brought my 4 year old and it was early enough in the day that it was appropriate and she loved it! The service was quick and the food was fresh and yummy.Kid-friendliness: It is a bar, but brunch is a perfect time to bring your kids!

Atmosphere is authentic - place is quaint - food is excellent! I had the fish and chips and the wife had chicken Caesar salad. Service was friendly and attentive. This place checked all the boxes and it’s got that great local feel! Gosh - almost forgot the bread pudding! Also excellent!

My family is visiting Memphis for a few days. My husband and I decided to eat dinner tonight at The Brass Door and we were not disappointed. The service, atmosphere, and food were all amazing! We started with the pretzels and cheese. (Saved the extra cheese for dipping my fries.) My husband had bangers and mash while I had the Reuben with fries. Both were delicious, but I can attest that the Reuben was mouthwatering!! Only wish we had room for the bread pudding for dessert. (I may have to run over there tomorrow just for that!) As we were leaving, we met the owner, Seamus, and sat down to chat for a bit over a drink. Such a nice man who really cares about his customers! If you are in downtown Memphis, I highly recommend you have a meal and a drink at The Brass Door!

The Brass Door is an authentic Irish Pub with great food, great drinks and a wonderful atmosphere. Seamus the own has a heart that just warms the place up. He welcomes each guest personally. We visited his place 3 days in a row! Can't wait to go back.

Came in for St Pats and loved it! Not a huge selection of food but what they do have is worth trying. The best Irish egg rolls I've ever had, hands down.

Couldn't be happier. Good food, drinks and friendly staff. Had a great time with the hubs. Highly recommend the Irish breakfast or the Shepards pie me and my husband split.

I got the Irish nachos as an appetizer (fries covered in beer cheese, caramelized onions and corned beef) and had fish and chips as my entree. The fries were good, the fish and chips were delicious! My only gripe is that the outside seating was very small and the tables are very wobbly, other than that I recommend!

Great bar with cold beer & good food. Some good whiskey too. Friendly, welcoming & relaxed atmosphere. Great service. Beautiful old building. You gotta get the pretzels with beer cheese dip & better order the extra pretzel cause the cheese dip is amazing! I can't think of anything I'd rather have with my beer. Potato soup was best ever. Fish & chips very good, fries are great. Looking forward to next visit to try some other beers & food.

We stopped in this bar for a drink. The bar was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. The bartenders were friendly. I’m usually not a fan of Irish pubs but this one was exceptional. We would go back here again!
