Will it start off with butcher is the right word for the shop they butchered my Visa card for a piece of steak it was unbelievably unfavorable I mean who the hell I got cooking back there. Andrew, the bartender, holy shit balls someone get this man a job digging ditches he has no business waiting tables or bartending whatsoever. The portion was sick. I ordered it rare plus it came out seared on both sides and so damn dark. I couldn't eat it I paid for it they had a 20% of the top of everything they wanted to go ahead and add an additional bullshit tip. Can't believe it do not go to the butcher shop or whatever you do. Thank you have a great day.

I was a part of a large party, so I was unable to choose from the regular menu, but the grilled chicken breast and the loaded baked potato were good. I am making plans to go back and try something different soon. The staff was very patient with us, by us being a large party. Our food came out all at once. No one was sitting around waiting.

Cool and nice restaurant for steak and more, the big bbq grill is directly after the entrance, impressive. Very friendly service and more important- super good food. The scrimps were outstanding and the cowboy bone in rib eye as well, made to the point. Always again.

Enjoyed the dining experience to an extent. For a 42$ steak, it was very bland and tough. The salad was the only good part. I had to bring the steak back home to season it and reheat it to taste good. We had to practically beg for refills and bread. For the 70$ price, I will NOT be back. Season steaks better please.

Came for a celebration dinner. We were a large party and had a room in the back. It was set up very nicely. Our server Frederick did a good job. We had a limited menu to choose from since our party was so big. Our drink order was placed as soon as we arrived. I got the Pomegranate Margarita and it was delicious. So delicious I had to get another one!! When everyone arrived our order was taken. Salad came out first then the entree finished with dessert. The grilled chicken was nicely seasoned and cooked. The brownie could have been warmed up but instead it was cold. I really wanted to try their lamb chops but it wasn't on the menu we had. Will come back to give that a try.

Couldn't have had a better birthday experience than the on we had this evening at The Butcher Shop. Not only was the food amazing, but the service provided by Andrew was above and beyond exceptional. The food was ok, and the steak was hardly warm had to be sent back. Service, our waitress was never around, and we had to ask other waiters for things. Atmosphete, Went for Valentine's Day had reservations and asked for a booth because i had back surgery a few months ago, they put us in the middle of the floor in the back room surrounded by 2 tables of 10 or more people. It was so freaking loud, and I was expecting to enjoy a nice quiet dinner. This was my first time ever going and it just wasn't that great and for an almost 20$ tip to be added to our ticket for a table of two people was plain ole ridiculous when our waitress was mia most of the time.

I've honestly had better tasting steaks at Outback, and for less money. Almost had to ask for A1, but couldn't bring myself to do it. Cocktail menu is really basic and lacking for a nicer restaurant too. Sides and dessert were the only things that saved the 2-star rating, but I don't come to a steakhouse for sides and dessert.

We dined on 2/21/2024. It was fantastic! We were a party of 9 and everyones food was delicious! I had salmon and it was great. My husband had the pork chop he said it was tender and juicy. The service was excellent, i didn't catch his name, but he was on point. This place is a hidden treasure. We will be back?

Valentine’s Day I was there with my wife. In my entire life I had good steaks and bad steaks (you know like not you expected the taste ). But first time yesterday I had the worst ny steak in entire life . Wow horrible . It took me almost an hour at night to clean my stomach vomited and diarrhea . Good luck eating there something . Place looks horrible and steaks worst meat ever

This is the second time I've been inconvenienced at this restaurant for similar reasons, seating. I assumed after two years maybe things would be different. I had a reservation at 5, was sat at 5. Told the seater I was going to the restroom to change my baby's diaper . Came back, my booth was taken . I asked the ppl why my booth was taken and they didn't give an answer. Asked to talk to a manager , they just insisted on seating me at table since booths were already sat. Why want a table when I had a booth? It's the principle of my reservation's request. Horrible service, unprofessional, no resolution. Would highly not recommend. Also feel as if the managers were racially profiling because they wouldn't even talk to me after I requested one. They all just huddled up and talked amongst each other while looking at me as if I didn't request a manager. I talk with sense. I dress with sense. So the side eyeing that they did was uncalled for. Also to add: I will be calling corporations tomorrow. After posting this review while still at the restaurant, I was letting my cousin enjoy her food while I sat at the table with her. The lady manager confronted me about my review. At that point we just decided to leave because confronting guests is absurd. While packing up to leave , a second manager (that wouldn't even talk to me when I requested him) came to confront me and argue with me in front of guests due to MY review. He also stated that he'll just get this deleted but I will repost everyday to help prevent further profiling. Not sure his name but he's Caucasian , old , slim.and very rude. He was completely unprofessional. Again, please beware!
