Trying calling in multiple times to place a Togo order but kept getting hung up on it turns out they close at 9pm & not 10pm you need to update your hours & possibly fire some of your employees the guy who answered the phone sounded like he doesn’t like his job

The menu is massive! It can be a daunting task to choose, but the food is good. Plates are expensive, and I suspect it is because the portions are also massive.

On yesterday Wednesday (June 19, 2024) our visit to The Cheesecake Factory located at 2760 N Germantown Pkwy Suite 193, Memphis, TN 38133 was a HORRIBLE experience! We had to wait for a lengthy time for to be seated then we waited for a long time to be served. I observed the server from the table across from us which was a Caucasian family whom she was nice to and constantly attended to their needs multiple times before coming to our table, we even watched her pack each item of their food to go, finally after passing us by multiple times and on the third time finally acknowledging us. She did not introduce herself to us she took our order because by then we knew what we wanted. I ordered strawberry lemonade to drink, she brought bread to our table, but my beverage had not yet arrived yet. I saw whom I presumed to be the manager passing by and asked him about my lemonade that had to be made at the bar. He apologized for the delay. He immediately sent someone over with my lemonade.
NOW it was a 30 minute wait to be seated about another 15 minutes to be acknowledged another 15 minutes to get my beverage. My daughter asked me if I wanted some of her beverage since I had to take my meds due to my work related injury. The food came out in intervals by that time I was ready to go. The server did NOT offer to pack our food to go as I observed her do with the Caucasian family; she was neither nice nor professional to us. This was our first BAD experience dining in at The Cheesecake Factory located at 2760 N Germantown Pkwy Suite 193, Memphis, TN 38133 and our last time.
This is a BEAUTIFUL place, nicely decorated but equipped with one particular BAD server! She made this experience HORRIBLE one and we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday that has been taking care of me since my work related injury! We did not deserve this treatment!

Not worth a single star if I could put a negative sign in front of it!!! I'm not typically one to write reviews but we have attempted twice to eat here and twice they have failed miserably! We LOVE The Cheesecake Factory but I will NEVER EVER again waste my time messing around with the Mickey Mouse operation they are running in Memphis!

I was there today, but I should have posted a review last week as I would've given a complete 5 star review. The waitress today was so unaware and obviously in a different head space. It took 20 minutes to get a strawberry lemonade and another 15 minutes to bring the straw afterwards. Food took almost an hour. My daughter asked for ranch and ketchup for 15 minutes. She never got the ranch. I asked for A1, and the lady brought me 2 different empty bottles. It was almost like she was doing it on purpose. SASSY for no reason. It saddens me that the restaurant is closing, but it doesn't surprise me at all. The public isn't always the culprit. The culprits sometimes lie within.

Mediocre service and the front counter statf always look lazy and act like they got an attitude, and they take their time about going to the back to get an expensive cheesecake that you paid for.

The food was amazing, and the service was awful. Felt like she didn't want to work and in a bad mood.

Wheelchair accessibility: I wish the doors had a button to push so the doors could open automatically. LOVED how much handicapped parking spots they had

So went in to pick up my togo order and there was an employee, male, black, approximately 6'4 or so, big strong guy, dreadlocks pulled back, wearing a white chefs jacket that was having an entire conversation up front at the togo stand with another employee forcing people in line to wait longer than was necessary just so they could talk about the good old days. He even looked behind him multiple times and saw us standing behind him waiting but he didn't care. Very unprofessional. Thinks he can treat people any kind of way just because he's built like a pro football player. He won't get a girlfriend acting like that. 6/4/24 within the 7pm hour. Thanks!

I don't like that the fork and knife is on the table. The fork and knife should be on top of a napkin !!!!

I like stopping by just for the cheesecake, of course. I'm partial to the red velvet & order it every single time. I have eaten in here with friend & can't complain about anything.
